HamiltonLimo.net runs Burlington limo service from its own dispatch next door in Hamilton. An airport limo from Burlington to Toronto Pearson is about 50 km and 35–50 minutes, a planning $195–240 all-in plus HST in a business sedan; Hamilton airport (YHM) is $105–140. Hourly chauffeurs start at $120–145 an hour with a three-hour minimum. Book direct online.
Burlington limo service from next door
Burlington shares a border, a bay and a highway network with Hamilton, which is why our chauffeurs are in the city every day. A Burlington limo service from HamiltonLimo.net is a pre-booked private car with a professional chauffeur: a business sedan for the airport, an executive SUV for a family with luggage, a Sprinter for a wedding party, or one car kept by the hour for a full day of meetings. You pick the vehicle and time on the HamiltonLimo.net reservation engine, it shows a fixed all-in fare before you confirm, and the same dispatch desk runs the trip. No meter, no surge pricing at 5 a.m., and no marketplace taking a commission.
Airport limo from Burlington: fares and timings
Most Burlington bookings are airport runs, and the planning figures below cover the main ones. They are for a business sedan, one way, all-in (chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 tolls if used, airport fees and gratuity), with HST shown separately, and they match the fares on our airport pages.
| Downtown Burlington to | Distance | Typical drive | Sedan, all-in + HST |
|---|---|---|---|
| Toronto Pearson (YYZ) | about 50 km | 35–50 min | $195–240 |
| Hamilton airport (YHM) | about 30 km | 25–35 min | $105–140 |
| Union Station, Toronto | about 55 km | 40–65 min | $220–270 |
| Billy Bishop (YTZ) | about 55 km | 45–65 min | $225–275 |
| Downtown Hamilton | about 15 km | 15–25 min | $90–115 |
| Niagara Falls | about 80 km | 55–70 min | $250–305 |
| Buffalo airport (BUF) | about 120 km | 90–120 min | $415–500 |
| Waterloo airport (YKF) | about 75 km | 50–65 min | $240–290 |
An executive SUV runs about 65 per cent above the sedan figure, a luxury van about 50 per cent, a first-class sedan about 2.5 times and a 14-seat Sprinter roughly 2.75 times. North Burlington and Aldershot addresses shift the numbers slightly; the reservation engine quotes your exact street and vehicle.
Burlington to Pearson: QEW, 403 or the 407
Toronto Pearson is the airport most Burlington travellers use, and the choice of road decides the ride. Highway 407 begins at the QEW and 403 interchange right in Burlington, so a chauffeur can run the whole trip on the tolled 407 to Highway 427 or Highway 401 when the QEW through Oakville is stopped. Early mornings and late nights usually suit the free QEW and 403. If the 407 is used, the toll is already inside your fixed fare. Allow 35 minutes at night and 50 in the weekday rush, more on holiday Fridays. Check whether you fly from Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 on Toronto Pearson's site, and see our Toronto Pearson airport page for curbside pickup points.
Arrivals: flight tracking and waiting time
Coming home is where a booked car matters most. Every airport pickup is tracked against the actual flight, so a delayed landing does not cost you anything extra. Waiting is counted from touchdown: 30 minutes for Canadian domestic and US flights, 60 minutes for other international arrivals, then 15-minute blocks. The fare includes curbside pickup at the terminal's commercial pickup area; your chauffeur messages the vehicle details and a meeting point as you reach baggage claim. If you would rather be met inside arrivals with a name board, add meet and greet at booking, a planning $25–35. Families returning with car seats and ski bags usually book an executive SUV.
Burlington to Hamilton airport (YHM)
For sun flights and some domestic routes, Hamilton's John C. Munro airport in Mount Hope is a real alternative to Pearson for Burlington residents: about 30 km, 25 to 35 minutes, and a much smaller terminal to walk through. The chauffeur takes Highway 403 over the escarpment into Hamilton and the Linc to Upper James Street. Routes and airlines change with the season, so check flyhamilton.ca before you book the flight. Our Hamilton airport YHM page explains the pickup area and early-morning timings.
Neighbourhoods we cover across Burlington
- Downtown and the lakeshore: Brant Street, Lakeshore Road, Spencer Smith Park and the Burlington Performing Arts Centre.
- Aldershot: Plains Road, the Royal Botanical Gardens and Aldershot station.
- Tyandaga, Brant Hills and Mountainside: the north-west neighbourhoods below the escarpment.
- Headon Forest, Millcroft and Orchard: family streets north of the QEW, close to the 407.
- Appleby and Shoreacres: the east end near Appleby GO and the Oakville line.
- Alton Village and Tansley: newer north-east neighbourhoods off Walkers Line and Appleby Line.
- Rural north Burlington: Kilbride, Lowville and the Mount Nemo area on the escarpment.
GO and VIA: Aldershot, Burlington and Appleby stations
Burlington has three stations on the Lakeshore West line: Aldershot, Burlington and Appleby. Aldershot is also a VIA Rail stop, which makes it the usual connection for travellers heading to Toronto, Niagara or points west. We pick up at all three with train tracking and 15 minutes of included waiting after arrival. The Aldershot station pickup page shows where cars can stop; schedules are on GO Transit. For executives who would rather skip the train entirely, a car to Union Station is a planning $220–270.

Hourly chauffeur service in Burlington
The hourly chauffeur is our lead product, and Burlington's mix of head offices, business parks and professional firms suits it well. One car and one chauffeur stay with you for three hours or a whole day. A business sedan is a planning $120–145 an hour all-in plus HST, a first-class sedan $285–350, an executive SUV $190–235 and a Sprinter $330–385, each with a three-hour minimum and extra time in 30-minute blocks. A four-hour sedan booking lands at $480–580.
Typical Burlington days: an out-of-town executive visiting offices along the QEW corridor, a lunch downtown and a site in Hamilton's bayfront industrial area; a realtor showing clients houses from Aldershot to Alton Village; a family visiting a parent at Joseph Brant Hospital and running errands in between. The hourly chauffeur service page explains the booking rules, and the corporate car service page covers monthly billing.
The Skyway, the lift bridge and the Beach
Two crossings define Burlington's south-west corner. The Burlington Bay James N. Allan Skyway carries the QEW high over the canal between Burlington and Hamilton's east end; in strong winds and winter storms it can slow to a crawl or close, and our dispatchers then switch to Highway 403 and the Linc. Below it, the Burlington Canal lift bridge on Beach Boulevard links the Burlington Beach strip with Hamilton Beach and rises for ships, which can add ten minutes to a local trip. When timing is tight, the chauffeur plans around both. Ontario 511 is checked before every early departure.
Sound of Music, Ribfest and lakeshore festivals
Spencer Smith Park on the lakeshore hosts Burlington's big summer events. The Sound of Music Festival usually fills downtown in June, and Canada's Largest Ribfest, run by Rotary Burlington Lakeshore, takes over the park on Labour Day weekend; the 2026 edition ran 4 to 7 September. Brant Street and Lakeshore Road close or crawl on those days, so we agree a pickup corner outside the closures in advance. Groups book a Sprinter by the hour and have it waiting for the ride home. Our Burlington festivals page lists the usual timing and drop zones; always check the official sites for this year's dates.
Royal Botanical Gardens and Aldershot weddings
The Royal Botanical Gardens straddles Burlington and Hamilton, with its main centre on Plains Road West in Aldershot. It is a popular spot for wedding photos, spring blossom visits and garden tours for older relatives who prefer not to drive. LaSalle Park and its waterfront pavilion, the lakeshore hotels and the golf clubs in north Burlington round out the local wedding circuit. We pair a first-class sedan or SUV for the couple with a Sprinter for the party; stretch limousines and Rolls-Royce models come from vetted partner operators and a coordinator prices them in writing. Read the wedding limo page for timelines.

Proms and graduation season
Burlington's high schools hold proms from late May to late June, and demand for SUVs and Sprinters peaks on the same few Fridays. A parent or guardian books, alcohol is not permitted and the chauffeur keeps a named adult contact for the evening. Plan early: the prom limo page covers group sizes, after-party rules and why a Sprinter is often cheaper per head than several cars.
Nights out, concerts and game days in Hamilton
Plenty of Burlington bookings head the other way over the bay: a concert at TD Coliseum on York Boulevard, a Tiger-Cats game at Hamilton Stadium (the former Tim Hortons Field), dinner on James Street North or Locke Street. From downtown Burlington it is only 15 to 25 minutes, but parking on event nights is the real cost. An hourly sedan or Sprinter drops you at the door, waits nearby and brings everyone home. See Tiger-Cats game day limo for the approach roads.
Winter driving between the lake and the escarpment
Burlington gets lake-effect snow squalls off Lake Ontario and freezing rain on the escarpment roads north of Dundas Street. Highway 403 up the hill into Hamilton, the Skyway in high wind and the rural roads around Mount Nemo are the trouble spots. The fleet runs winter tires all season, dispatch moves early airport pickups ten to fifteen minutes earlier after a storm, and the fixed fare does not change if a detour is needed. For Pearson in January, many families upgrade to an SUV.
Choosing a vehicle in Burlington
- Business sedan (3 passengers, 3 bags): the standard airport limo from Burlington. See the business sedan.
- Business SUV (5 passengers, 5 bags): a black Tahoe or Yukon at close to sedan money, with winter traction; Pearson $255–315 or $145–175 an hour.
- First-class sedan (3/3): executive travel, anniversaries, the wedding couple.
- Executive SUV (6/6): families, golf bags, winter trips.
- Luxury van (6/6): easy entry for older passengers, car seats.
- Sprinter (14/14): festival groups, wedding parties, corporate shuttles. See the Sprinter.
- Jet Sprinter (7/5): captain's chairs and work tables for a head-office team that wants to meet on the move; $650–750 an hour. See the Jet Sprinter.
Child seats (infant, convertible or booster) can be added at booking for a planning $10–15 each. We do not operate ramp-equipped wheelchair vehicles; chauffeurs fold and stow wheelchairs and walkers for passengers who can transfer to a seat.
Book your Burlington limo direct
Book on HamiltonLimo.net rather than through an app or marketplace: one dispatch desk, no aggregator commission and a fixed all-in fare shown before you confirm, with HST separate. You receive confirmation immediately and the chauffeur's name and vehicle before pickup. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes of waiting, then 15-minute blocks. Cancellation is measured from scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours ahead is free, 72 hours or less is charged 10 per cent, 48 hours or less 50 per cent, and 24 hours or less or a no-show 100 per cent. Planning more than one trip? The Hamilton limo prices guide explains how the fare bands are built.
