Car service from Brantford hotels
Brantford's hotels are almost all within a few minutes of Highway 403, and that shapes how our chauffeurs work there. Guests are usually passing through on business at the plants and distribution centres around the city, visiting family, attending a wedding in the county, or in town for a hockey tournament, a show at the Sanderson Centre or a university event. Many of them need an airport at one end of the stay, and the choice between Hamilton and Pearson matters more here than anywhere else we serve. HamiltonLimo.net covers Brantford from Hamilton, 40 km east on the 403. Book on our own reservation engine, see the fixed all-in fare before you confirm, and the chauffeur is at the hotel entrance at the booked minute. No app, no meter, no marketplace commission.
Brantford and Paris hotels we collect from
The list below covers the hotels our chauffeurs are sent to most. Each was checked as operating on 30 September 2026 against the hotel's own or brand site or a current travel listing. They are pickup points only, with no commercial arrangement, and we collect from every other hotel, motel and home in Brant County on the same terms.
| Hotel | Street address | Area | To Hamilton airport (YHM) | To Toronto Pearson |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Best Western Brantford Hotel and Conference Centre | 19 Holiday Dr, Brantford | North end, off the 403 | about 38 km, 30–40 min | about 93 km, 60–85 min |
| Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Brantford Conference Centre | 20 Fen Ridge Crt, Brantford | North end, off the 403 | about 38 km, 30–40 min | about 93 km, 60–85 min |
| Days Inn by Wyndham Brantford | 460 Fairview Dr, Brantford | North end | about 40 km, 30–40 min | about 95 km, 60–85 min |
| Comfort Inn Brantford | 58 King George Rd, Brantford | King George Road | about 40 km, 30–40 min | about 95 km, 60–85 min |
| Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brantford | 27 Sinclair Blvd, Brantford | East end | about 36 km, 30–40 min | about 93 km, 60–85 min |
| The Arlington Hotel | 106 Grand River St N, Paris | Downtown Paris | about 48 km, 40–50 min | about 100 km, 70–90 min |
Brantford is a smaller hotel market than Toronto or Niagara, and the list is correspondingly short. The Arlington in Paris, about 10 km west, adds roughly ten minutes to every run.
Where the car pulls in
The Brantford hotels on this page are the drive-up kind, with their own entrances and car parks, so the chauffeur pulls up at the main door, checks in with the front desk if you are not already waiting, and loads the bags at the curb. A Sprinter fits comfortably at the conference hotels in the north end, which is useful for wedding blocks and tournament teams. In Paris, the Arlington sits on Grand River Street North in the historic downtown, where parking is on-street; the chauffeur stops at the hotel door just long enough to load and moves on if needed. Name the hotel in the booking notes and dispatch confirms the door the day before.
Planning fares from Brantford hotels
Planning figures for a business sedan with up to three passengers and three bags, all-in (chauffeur, fuel, 407 ETR tolls if the chauffeur uses the highway, airport fees, gratuity) with HST separate. Paris pickups quote slightly higher. The reservation engine gives the exact fixed fare for your hotel and date.
| Brantford hotel to | Distance | Typical drive | Business sedan, all-in + HST |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hamilton airport (YHM), Mount Hope | about 40 km | 30–40 min | $130–170 |
| Downtown Hamilton | about 40 km | 30–40 min | $145–175 |
| Kitchener-Waterloo | about 50 km | 40–50 min | $175–215 |
| Toronto Pearson (YYZ) | about 95 km | 60–85 min | $315–380 |
| Union Station / downtown Toronto | about 105 km | 75–100 min | $340–415 |
| Billy Bishop (YTZ) | about 105 km | 80–105 min | $350–425 |
| Niagara Falls / Niagara-on-the-Lake | about 105 km | 70–85 min | $315–380 |
Bigger vehicles scale from the sedan: a business SUV (Tahoe or Yukon, five passengers) plus about 30 per cent, about $170–220 to Hamilton airport; executive SUV plus about 65 per cent and luxury van plus about 50 per cent; first-class sedan about 2.5 times; Sprinter about 2.75 times. Buffalo airport runs are quoted by the engine on request. The Brantford city page covers pickups from homes and businesses.
Hamilton airport or Pearson from Brantford?
From a Brantford hotel, Hamilton airport is less than half the drive to Pearson and roughly half the fare, so it is worth checking first. John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport sits in Mount Hope, reached from the 403 by the Lincoln M. Alexander Parkway or through Ancaster and along the airport road, about 30 to 40 minutes. The catch is choice: YHM has fewer routes, and they change by season, so check flyhamilton.ca for what is flying. For long-haul and most US flights, Toronto Pearson is the airport, 95 km away via the 403 and then the QEW or the 407. Our Hamilton airport page and Hamilton to Pearson limo page explain both terminals.
Arrivals: from the airport to your Brantford hotel
On every airport pickup we track the flight and include waiting from actual landing: 30 minutes on Canadian domestic and US flights, 60 minutes on other international arrivals. The fare covers curbside pickup at the commercial pickup area; meet and greet inside arrivals with a name board is an optional add-on, planning $25–35. From Pearson, the chauffeur heads west on the 407 or the 403; the afternoon rush through Mississauga and Oakville is the main variable, and dispatch watches it on 511 Ontario. From Hamilton airport, the run to the Holiday Drive hotels is usually half an hour. Late-night arrivals are where a booked car earns its keep: taxis to Brantford from either airport are not always waiting at midnight.
Departure timing from a Brantford hotel
For a Pearson morning flight, the 403 eastbound through Hamilton and Burlington is steady before 6 a.m. and slows after 7. For a 9 a.m. domestic departure, dispatch will usually suggest leaving the north-end hotels at about 5:45 a.m.; for an international flight at the same hour, about 5 a.m. For a Hamilton airport departure the drive is short, but allow for winter on the Linc and the escarpment; the upper city can have snow when Brantford has rain. Check-out and departure can be combined with a last meeting on an hourly booking: the car waits while you finish, then goes straight to the airport.
Business days on the hourly clock
The hourly private chauffeur is the product we lead with, and it suits Brantford's business visitors, who often have a plant in the city, a supplier in Paris or Cambridge, and a meeting in Hamilton on the same day. Hourly planning rates, HST extra: $120–145 for a business sedan, $190–235 for an executive SUV, $285–350 for a first-class sedan, $330–385 for a Sprinter and $650–750 for a VIP Jet Sprinter lounge seating seven; three hours minimum, then 30-minute blocks. A four-hour sedan booking is $480–580.
A worked example: 7:30 a.m. pickup at a Holiday Drive hotel, a plant tour in Brantford's industrial park, 11 a.m. in Paris, lunch, a 2 p.m. meeting at McMaster Innovation Park in Hamilton, and a drop at Hamilton airport for a 6 p.m. flight. That is about nine hours on the clock, $1,080–1,305 in a sedan, with one chauffeur and one invoice. See hourly chauffeur service and corporate accounts.
Weddings in Brantford, Paris and Brant County
Brant County has barns, estates and riverside venues that are popular for weddings, and the guests usually stay in the north-end Brantford hotels or in Paris. The job is a shuttle to the ceremony, a move to the reception and a late return, often on country roads without streetlights. We run Sprinters for up to 14 guests, executive SUVs and vans from our own fleet, and a first-class sedan for the couple; a coordinator prices multi-vehicle plans in writing. Stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce cars and coaches come from vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, and the quote says so. See wedding limo service.
Shows, tournaments and university events
The Sanderson Centre in downtown Brantford hosts touring shows and concerts, and a car booked for dinner and a show avoids the downtown parking hunt. Laurier's Brantford campus brings convocation and move-in weekends, when families flying in to Pearson or Hamilton stay a couple of nights. Hockey and soccer tournaments fill the Holiday Drive hotels with teams, and a Sprinter carries a team and its bags between rink and hotel on an hourly booking. Visitors with an afternoon to spare often visit the Bell Homestead National Historic Site, where Alexander Graham Bell's family lived; the city's visitor information is on brantford.ca.
Going on to Niagara or Toronto
Brantford is a common first night for travellers heading east. From the hotels here, Niagara Falls is about 105 km and 70 to 85 minutes via the 403 and the QEW, and the chauffeur can stop in Hamilton for the waterfalls or lunch on the way. Booked hourly, a Brantford-to-Niagara day with a winery or two is a planning $1,080–1,450 in a sedan for about nine to ten hours. For the other direction, Kitchener-Waterloo is about 50 km north via Highway 24 and the 401 corridor. The county's own visitor pages are on brant.ca.
For front desks, planners and assistants
Hotel front desks, wedding planners and assistants can book directly for guests on HamiltonLimo.net. Enter the guest as passenger, your email for the confirmation, and notes for the chauffeur such as the flight number and bag count. The fixed all-in fare shows before you confirm, and because it is our own engine rather than an app or a marketplace, one dispatch desk handles every change. Regular users can open a corporate account for invoicing.
Kids, hockey bags and mobility needs
For children, add an infant, convertible or booster seat at booking; the planning figure is $10–15 a seat. Chauffeurs load every bag; hockey bags and sticks need an SUV, a van or a Sprinter, not a sedan. Our own fleet has no ramp-equipped wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Passengers who can transfer are welcome, and we fold and stow wheelchairs and walkers; for ramp vehicles, we refer you to a specialist accessible provider.
Waiting, cancellation and weather
Hotel pickups include 15 minutes of waiting from the scheduled time, then 15-minute blocks. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup; within 72 hours it costs 10 per cent, within 48 hours 50 per cent, and within 24 hours or a no-show the full fare. In winter the 403 between Brantford and Ancaster can see blowing snow across open farmland, and dispatch adds time and prefers the executive SUV.
Nearby hotels and cities
The same service runs from Ancaster and Hamilton Mountain hotels, downtown Hamilton hotels and Kitchener-Waterloo hotels. The Paris, Ontario and Caledonia and Haldimand pages cover the neighbouring towns, private flyers can see the Brantford airport page, and the hotels hub lists every area we serve.
