HamiltonLimo.net runs limo and car service from Niagara Falls hotels on Fallsview Boulevard, Falls Avenue and around Clifton Hill. Planning fares for a business sedan, all-in plus HST: downtown Hamilton $230–280 (about 70 km, 50–60 min), Toronto Pearson $400–490 (about 125 km, 80–110 min), Buffalo airport $190–240 plus the border. Hourly chauffeurs from $120–145 an hour. Book direct.
Limo service from Niagara Falls hotels
Hotel guests in Niagara Falls usually need a car for one of four reasons: getting there from an airport, getting home to one, a day in wine country, or an evening that ends too late or too merrily for anyone to drive. We handle all four from our Hamilton base, 70 km up the QEW, with chauffeurs who know which Fallsview tower has the tight turnaround and when the Clifton Hill traffic backs up onto Victoria Avenue. The booking is the same for every hotel: choose the vehicle on the HamiltonLimo.net reservation engine, see a fixed all-in fare, and the chauffeur meets you at the hotel drive at the booked minute. No app, no meter, no aggregator commission, and one dispatch desk looking after the trip from start to finish.
Fallsview and Falls Avenue hotels we collect from
These are the hotels our chauffeurs are sent to most. Each was checked as open and trading on 30 September 2026 against the hotel's own site, a brand site or a current Niagara tourism listing. Several have changed names in recent years, so we list the current name; if your booking confirmation uses an older one, the chauffeur will still find you. We collect from every other hotel, motel and rental in the city on the same terms, and none of these hotels has any arrangement with us.

The Falls Avenue hotels are a few minutes closer to the QEW than the Fallsview towers, and Great Wolf Lodge, on Victoria Avenue north of the tourist core, is closer still.
Where the chauffeur waits at a Fallsview tower
Most of the big Fallsview Boulevard hotels have a front drive or covered entrance, and that is where the car stops; the chauffeur checks in with the door staff, loads the bags at the curb and does not leave the vehicle unattended in a fire lane. On a busy summer Saturday those drives can hold a queue of tour buses and taxis, so the chauffeur may wait on the boulevard and pull in when you message. The two Falls Avenue hotels, the Sheraton Fallsview and The Brock, sit within the Falls Avenue complex at the foot of Clifton Hill, linked by indoor walkways, and the pickup is at the hotel entrance the front desk names. At Great Wolf Lodge, families come down with a lot of wet-weather gear; the car waits at the main entrance and the chauffeur helps with the bags. Put the hotel and your room name in the booking notes and dispatch will confirm the exact door the evening before.
Planning fares from Niagara Falls hotels
Planning figures for a business sedan, up to three passengers and three bags, all-in (chauffeur, fuel, 407 ETR tolls if used, airport fees, gratuity), HST separate. The engine gives the exact fixed fare for your hotel, date and vehicle.
| Niagara Falls hotel to | Distance | Typical drive | Business sedan, all-in + HST |
|---|---|---|---|
| Niagara-on-the-Lake Old Town | about 20 km | 20–25 min | $90–115 |
| Niagara Falls NY airport (IAG), via a bridge | about 20 km | 25–40 min plus the border | $140–175 |
| Buffalo airport (BUF), via the Peace Bridge or Rainbow Bridge | about 40 km | 40–60 min plus the border | $190–240 |
| Downtown Hamilton | about 70 km | 50–60 min | $230–280 |
| Hamilton airport (YHM), Mount Hope | about 70 km | 50–65 min | $240–295 |
| Toronto Pearson (YYZ) | about 125 km | 80–110 min | $400–490 |
| Union Station / downtown Toronto | about 130 km | 85–115 min | $415–500 |
| Billy Bishop (YTZ) | about 130 km | 90–120 min | $425–515 |
A business SUV (Tahoe or Yukon, five passengers) is about 30 per cent more, about $300–365 to downtown Hamilton; an executive SUV about 65 per cent and a luxury van about 50 per cent more; a first-class sedan about 2.5 times and a Sprinter about 2.75 times the sedan figure. The one-way route from Hamilton is set out on the Hamilton to Niagara Falls limo page.
Arriving at Pearson and driving to your Niagara hotel
Most overseas visitors to the Falls land at Toronto Pearson. We track the flight and include 30 minutes of waiting from actual landing on Canadian domestic and US flights, and 60 minutes on other international arrivals, which covers most customs queues. The fare includes curbside pickup at the terminal's commercial pickup area; meet and greet inside arrivals with a name board is an optional add-on, planning $25–35. Check whether you land at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3. From there the chauffeur takes the 403 or the 407 to the QEW, crosses the Burlington Bay James N. Allan Skyway and runs along the lake to the Falls, about an hour and a half on a normal afternoon. The Toronto Pearson airport page explains the pickup in detail.
Checking out: timing the drive to the airport
Going home, work back from the airline's recommended check-in time. For a noon international departure from Pearson, dispatch will usually suggest leaving a Fallsview hotel at about 7 a.m.: 80 to 110 minutes of driving, plus a margin for the QEW through Burlington and Oakville, which slows from about 7 on weekday mornings. For Hamilton airport the drive is shorter, about an hour, via the QEW and the Red Hill Valley Parkway to the Linc; current routes are listed on flyhamilton.ca. Check-out time at most Fallsview towers is late morning; if your flight is in the evening, an hourly booking lets you check out, see one more attraction with the bags locked in the car, and still reach the airport on time.
Buffalo and Niagara Falls NY flights
Buffalo is the closest large airport to the Canadian Falls, and many visitors fly in or out there. From the Fallsview hotels the car crosses the Niagara River by the Peace Bridge at Fort Erie or the Rainbow Bridge at the foot of Clifton Hill, depending on queues posted by the bridge operators; the drive is about 40 km before the border. Everyone in the car needs documents to enter the United States, and the rules are on cbp.gov. Allow about three hours from hotel to gate on a normal day, more on long weekends. The crossing the border by limo guide explains how inspection works with a chauffeur, and the Buffalo airport page covers the terminal end.
An hourly chauffeur for a day at the Falls
The Falls are spread out. Table Rock, the boat docks below Clifton Hill, the Whirlpool, the Floral Showhouse and the Butterfly Conservatory are strung along several kilometres of the Niagara Parkway, and parking along the river corridor is paid and fills on summer days. Our lead product, the hourly private chauffeur, solves that: one car, one chauffeur, three hours minimum or a full day. Planning rates, all-in plus HST: business sedan $120–145 an hour, executive SUV $190–235, first-class sedan $285–350, Sprinter $330–385, and the VIP Jet Sprinter lounge for up to seven $650–750. A four-hour sedan booking is $480–580.
A good hotel-based afternoon: noon pickup at a Fallsview tower, the Whirlpool and the Floral Showhouse, 20 minutes up the Niagara Parkway to Niagara-on-the-Lake for lunch and two wineries, and back for a dinner reservation at 7. The Niagara Falls attraction guide sets out more options, and Niagara Parks lists opening hours by season. The WEGO visitor bus is a sensible budget alternative for moving along the river corridor; its routes are on wegoniagarafalls.com.
Wine country from a Fallsview hotel
Niagara-on-the-Lake's wineries are 15 to 25 minutes from the Fallsview towers, and the Twenty Valley and the Beamsville Bench are 35 to 50 minutes west on the QEW. A tasting day only works with a driver who waits, because taxis rarely sit on a rural lane between wineries. Book hourly: a five-hour afternoon in an executive SUV for six is a planning $950–1,175 all-in plus HST. The Niagara wine tours page suggests routes by style of wine, and Wine Country Ontario lists which wineries take walk-ins and which need a booked tasting. Harvest weekends in September and October are the busiest; reserve the car early.
Casino nights and shows
The Fallsview Casino Resort is on the boulevard itself and Casino Niagara at the foot of Clifton Hill, about 2 km apart, so guests staying at the Fallsview hotels usually walk. Where we come in is the guest staying elsewhere, in Hamilton, Burlington or Niagara-on-the-Lake, who wants a car to the show and back, and the group of friends who would rather not split up into three taxis at 1 a.m. For a show at the resort's theatre, book the return for 30 minutes after the advertised end time. The casino limo page has hourly and return-trip examples.
Weddings and family groups in Niagara Falls
Niagara Falls is a popular wedding city, and many couples put their guests up in a single Fallsview hotel and hold the ceremony at a winery or a chapel elsewhere in the region. We run Sprinter loops for up to 14 guests, executive SUVs and vans from our own fleet, and a coordinator prices larger multi-vehicle plans in writing, including partner coaches. Stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce cars and party buses come from vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, and the quote says so. For family reunions at Great Wolf Lodge, a luxury van or two keeps grandparents, children and car seats together from Pearson to the lobby. See wedding limo service and Sprinter group transportation.
Seasons that change the drive
Summer weekends are the busiest: Clifton Hill and Fallsview Boulevard fill by early afternoon, and the QEW eastbound on Friday evenings slows through Grimsby and St. Catharines. The Winter Festival of Lights usually runs from November into the new year and brings evening traffic to the Parkway; check dates on niagarafallstourism.com. Snow on the QEW is usually cleared quickly, but lake-effect squalls near the Skyway can slow a Pearson run, and in winter our chauffeurs lean towards the executive SUV. Long weekends mean longer queues at the bridges to the United States; allow extra time for any Buffalo departure.
For concierges, bell desks and wedding planners
Concierges and planners can book directly for guests on HamiltonLimo.net. Enter the guest as passenger, your email for the confirmation, and the details the chauffeur needs in the notes. The fixed all-in fare is shown before confirming, and changes go through one dispatch desk rather than an app or a booking marketplace. For a wedding block or a conference, a coordinator can set up several vehicles on one plan with written pricing. Our corporate accounts keep repeat passengers and billing in one place.
Children, bags and accessibility
Child seats (infant, convertible, booster) can be added at booking for a planning $10–15 each. Chauffeurs load every bag; for a family with strollers and big suitcases, choose an executive SUV or a luxury van rather than a sedan. Our own fleet has no ramp-equipped wheelchair-accessible vehicles: passengers who can transfer are welcome and we fold and stow wheelchairs and walkers, and for ramp vehicles we refer you to a specialist accessible provider.
Cancellation and waiting at the hotel
Hotel pickups include 15 minutes of waiting from the scheduled time, then 15-minute blocks. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup; within 72 hours it is 10 per cent, within 48 hours 50 per cent, and within 24 hours or a no-show 100 per cent, always measured from the scheduled pickup.
