HamiltonLimo.net provides limo service in Oakville with its own sedans, SUVs, vans and Sprinters. Hourly chauffeurs start at $120–145 an hour, three-hour minimum. Book direct online.
Limo service in Oakville, dispatched from Hamilton
Oakville sits halfway between Hamilton and Toronto on the QEW, and our chauffeurs pass through it on almost every Toronto run. That makes limo service in Oakville a natural part of what HamiltonLimo.net does: a pre-booked black car with a professional chauffeur, a fixed all-in fare shown before you confirm, and one dispatch desk looking after the trip. Most Oakville clients book one of three things: an airport car to Pearson or Billy Bishop, a run to Union Station or downtown Toronto, or a chauffeur kept by the hour for a day of meetings or an evening out. All three are booked on the HamiltonLimo.net reservation engine. There is no meter, no surge and no app taking a cut.
Oakville fare table
Planning figures for a business sedan from downtown Oakville, one way, all-in (chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 tolls if used, airport fees, gratuity), HST shown separately. They are consistent with the fares on our airport pages; north Oakville and Bronte addresses shift them slightly.
| Downtown Oakville to | Distance | Typical drive | Sedan, all-in + HST |
|---|---|---|---|
| Toronto Pearson (YYZ) | about 30 km | 25–40 min | $130–165 |
| Union Station, Toronto | about 38 km | 35–55 min | $175–220 |
| Billy Bishop (YTZ) | about 40 km | 35–55 min | $190–230 |
| Hamilton airport (YHM) | about 50 km | 35–45 min | $165–200 |
| Downtown Hamilton | about 40 km | 30–40 min | $145–175 |
| Niagara Falls | about 95 km | 65–80 min | $305–370 |
| Buffalo airport (BUF) | about 135 km | 95–125 min | $450–550 |
An executive SUV adds about 65 per cent and a luxury van about 50 per cent; a first-class sedan is about 2.5 times the business sedan and a Sprinter about 2.75 times. The reservation engine prices your exact address, date and vehicle.
Oakville to Pearson: which road the chauffeur takes
The Pearson run from Oakville is short on paper and unpredictable in practice. From the south end, the chauffeur usually takes Trafalgar Road or Dorval Drive to the QEW, then Highway 403 north towards Highway 401 and the airport. From north Oakville, Highway 407 is a few minutes away and often the fastest line on a weekday morning; any toll is already inside the fixed fare. Allow 25 minutes late at night and 40 in the rush. Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 are on opposite sides of the airport, so check your booking or Toronto Pearson's site. Flights are tracked, and waiting is counted from actual landing: 30 minutes on Canadian domestic and US flights, 60 minutes on other international arrivals. The Toronto Pearson airport page shows curbside pickup points.
Union Station and Billy Bishop from Oakville
For a Toronto meeting or a train connection, Oakville GO is the obvious choice for many commuters, and the Lakeshore West line is one of the busiest in the GO network. A car makes sense when you carry luggage, travel early or late, or want to work in the back seat. Union Station is about 38 km along the QEW and Gardiner; VIA Rail, GO and the UP Express all meet there, and station pickups include train tracking. Billy Bishop is on the Toronto Island: cars stop at the mainland pavilion on Eireann Quay and passengers cross by the pedestrian tunnel or the short ferry. Porter and Air Canada fly from there. See Union Station pickups and the Billy Bishop airport page.
Neighbourhoods our chauffeurs know
- Old Oakville and downtown: Lakeshore Road East, Navy Street, the harbour and the Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts.
- Kerr Village: Kerr Street's restaurants and shops west of Sixteen Mile Creek.
- Bronte Village: the harbour, Bronte Road and the waterfront parks in the south-west.
- Glen Abbey and West Oak Trails: west-central neighbourhoods around the golf course.
- River Oaks, Iroquois Ridge and Joshua Creek: family streets north of the QEW.
- Uptown Core and Oak Park: the Dundas Street and Trafalgar Road area.
- North Oakville: the newer subdivisions between Dundas Street and Highway 407.
Useful reference points include Oakville Place, the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on Third Line, and Sheridan College's Trafalgar Road campus.

Hourly chauffeur days in Oakville
Oakville has a dense cluster of corporate offices along the QEW and Speers Road, plus a large community of senior professionals who travel constantly. The hourly chauffeur is built for them: one car and one chauffeur for three hours or a full day, waiting outside each meeting, handling luggage and parking so you do not. A business sedan is a planning $120–145 an hour all-in plus HST, a first-class sedan $285–350, an executive SUV $190–235 and a Sprinter $330–385, each with a three-hour minimum and extra time in 30-minute blocks. Four hours in a sedan comes to $480–580.
Examples we run often: a visiting director touring an Oakville head office, a supplier in Mississauga and a plant in Hamilton in one day; a family viewing private schools and houses on a relocation weekend; a parent taken to appointments at the hospital with the car waiting. The hourly chauffeur service page explains how the clock runs, and the hourly vs point-to-point guide helps you choose.
Corporate accounts and roadshows
Companies with offices in Oakville use us for airport runs for visitors, board-meeting days, investor roadshows between Oakville, Toronto and Hamilton, and staff shuttles for off-site events. Our corporate car service covers monthly invoicing, cost-centre references and a single contact on the dispatch desk. For multi-stop days across the Golden Horseshoe, the roadshows and site visits page shows how a chauffeur and a car are kept on standby. First-class sedans and executive SUVs are the usual choice for senior visitors; a Sprinter moves a team of up to fourteen together.
Glen Abbey and golf days
Glen Abbey Golf Club in Oakville is one of the best-known courses in Canada and has hosted the RBC Canadian Open many times, and the town has several private and semi-private clubs besides. Corporate golf days bring a familiar transport problem: guests arriving from Pearson in the morning, clubs to carry, drinks at the nineteenth hole and a hotel at the end. An executive SUV takes four golfers and their bags; a Sprinter moves a larger group with room to spare. Book by the hour and the car waits in the lot while you play. Check the RBC Canadian Open site for where the tournament is held in a given year.
Weddings on the lakeshore
Oakville's harbour, lakeside parks and historic homes make it a popular wedding town, with ceremonies in Old Oakville churches, photographs by the harbour or in Gairloch Gardens, and receptions at golf clubs, banquet halls and hotels. We pair a first-class sedan or executive SUV for the couple with a Sprinter for the wedding party. Stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce models and party buses are supplied by vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network and priced in writing by a coordinator. Our wedding limo page lays out timelines and deposits; spring and September Saturdays book up first.
Proms, graduations and private schools
Oakville has a large number of public, Catholic and independent high schools, and prom and graduation season from late May to late June is one of our busiest periods in the town. A parent or guardian books, alcohol is not permitted in the vehicle and the chauffeur holds a named adult contact for the evening. Six students fit an executive SUV or luxury van; larger groups need a Sprinter or a partner stretch limousine. Boarding-school families also book us at the start and end of term for Pearson runs with trunks and suitcases. See prom limo for the details.
Nights out in Toronto and Hamilton
Oakville sits between two entertainment districts. Toronto's theatres, arenas and restaurants are 35 to 55 minutes east; Hamilton's TD Coliseum, Hamilton Stadium (the former Tim Hortons Field) and James Street North are 30 to 40 minutes west. Parking at either end on an event night is expensive and slow. An hourly sedan or Sprinter picks up at home, waits during the show and brings everyone back to the door. For a Ticats game, see our Tiger-Cats game day limo page; for concerts in Hamilton, the TD Coliseum concerts page.

Niagara wine country and day trips
Wine touring is one of our favourite Oakville bookings. The Niagara Escarpment benchlands start about an hour away, and a chauffeur means everyone can taste. A typical day: pickup in Oakville mid-morning, three or four wineries around Beamsville, Jordan or Niagara-on-the-Lake, lunch, and home by early evening. An executive SUV suits a group of four to six, a Sprinter up to fourteen. The Niagara wine tours page lists itineraries; Wine Country Ontario has winery information. Harvest season in September and October is busiest, so book early.
Winter on the QEW corridor
Oakville's winter risk is lake-effect snow squalls on the QEW and slippery ramps after freezing rain. Our dispatchers check Ontario 511 before early airport departures, move pickups earlier after a storm, and use the 407 when the QEW is stopped. The fleet runs winter tires for the season. If a detour adds kilometres, the fixed fare does not change. For Pearson in a snowstorm, many families step up to an SUV.
Which vehicle for an Oakville trip
- Business sedan (3 passengers, 3 bags): airport runs and meetings. See the business sedan.
- Business SUV (5 passengers, 5 bags): a black Tahoe or Yukon at close to sedan money, with winter traction; Pearson $170–215 or $145–175 an hour.
- First-class sedan (3/3): senior executives and special occasions. See the first-class sedan.
- Executive SUV (6/6): families, golf bags, winter trips.
- Luxury van (6/6): easy entry, car seats, relatives with walkers.
- Sprinter (14/14): golf groups, wedding parties, corporate teams.
- Jet Sprinter (7/5): a VIP lounge Sprinter for client hosting and board days; $650–750 an hour. See the Jet Sprinter.
Child seats (infant, convertible or booster) can be added at booking for a planning $10–15 each. We have no ramp-equipped wheelchair vehicles; chauffeurs fold and stow wheelchairs and walkers for passengers who can transfer.
Book Oakville transport direct

The engine shows the fixed all-in fare before you confirm, with HST separate; you get a confirmation straight away and the chauffeur's details before pickup. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes of waiting, then 15-minute blocks. Curbside pickup at the terminal is included; meet and greet inside arrivals with a name board is an optional add-on, planning $25–35. Cancellations more than 72 hours before pickup are free; 10 per cent applies at 72 hours or less, 50 per cent at 48 hours or less and 100 per cent at 24 hours or less or for a no-show. The Town of Oakville website posts local road-work notices worth checking before a big day.
