Rolls-Royce rental in Hamilton through HamiltonLimo.net means a chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce Ghost or Phantom, or a Mercedes-Maybach, supplied by a vetted partner operator and booked on our reservation engine. Planning figures start from $675 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, so from about $2,025 all-in plus HST. The car is up to seven model years old and presented to show standard.
Rolls-Royce rental in Hamilton: how the booking works
In Ontario you do not rent a Rolls-Royce to drive yourself from a limousine company; you hire the car with its chauffeur, by the hour. HamiltonLimo.net does not own Rolls-Royces. Very few operators anywhere do, because a car that works mainly on Saturdays in wedding season cannot pay its way the rest of the year. Instead we book them from specialist partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, and we say so plainly on your confirmation.
What you get from us is the part that matters on the day: one reservation, one dispatch desk, a timeline agreed in writing, a named chauffeur, and the same fixed all-in pricing we use on every car. If you also need a Sprinter for the wedding party or sedans for parents, they go on the same file, run from the same desk. Our full fleet, own and partner, is on the fleet page.
Which cars: Ghost, Phantom and Mercedes-Maybach
The rare-car tier covers three kinds of vehicle, and availability on a given Saturday decides which one you get, so tell us your first and second choice.
- Rolls-Royce Ghost: the most common Rolls-Royce in chauffeured work, slightly smaller and more understated, seating three in the back in genuine comfort.
- Rolls-Royce Phantom: the flagship, longer and more imposing, with the most rear legroom. It is the rarest in the region and books out first.
- Mercedes-Maybach S-Class: a lower-key alternative with reclining rear seats, often preferred for executive arrivals where discretion counts.
Both Rolls-Royce models have rear-hinged back doors, which makes getting in and out in a full gown noticeably easier. Colour, two-tone paint and interior trim vary by car; if colour matters for photographs, say so at booking and we confirm the specific car in writing.
Rolls-Royce and Maybach pricing: planning figures
All figures are all-in plus HST: the car, the chauffeur, fuel, any 407 ETR tolls on your route and the gratuity. The engine or the coordinator confirms the exact price for your date and car before anything is charged.
| Booking | Hours | Planning figure | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rolls-Royce or Maybach, minimum | 3 h | from $2,025 | ceremony and photos, or a VIP airport arrival |
| Rolls-Royce or Maybach | 4 h | from $2,700 | ceremony, photos and arrival at the reception |
| Rolls-Royce or Maybach | 6 h | from $4,050 | a full wedding afternoon and grand exit |
| Add a Sprinter for the wedding party | 4 h | $1,320–1,540 | 14 guests and bouquets alongside the couple |
| Compare: first-class sedan | 4 h | $1,140–1,400 | S-Class or 7 Series class from our own fleet |
The hourly rate starts at $675 and moves with the model, the season and the distance from the partner's garage. Extra time beyond the booked hours runs in 30-minute blocks. Most couples need four to six hours, not three.
Rolls-Royce for weddings in Hamilton and Burlington
The Rolls-Royce is booked most often for weddings, and almost always for the couple rather than the whole party. A typical day: the car collects the bride and a parent at home in Ancaster, Dundas or Burlington, arrives at the ceremony a few minutes before the start, waits, carries the newly married couple to a photo location, and delivers them to the reception with the photographer already in position.
The chauffeur arrives early, parks where the photographer asks, opens the door on cue and keeps the car out of the background shots unless it is meant to be in them. A formal uniform, white gloves on request and an umbrella at the door in case of rain are part of the standard. For the rest of the day's logistics, our wedding limo in Hamilton page covers guest shuttles, the wedding party Sprinter and stretch limousines, and our wedding limo booking guide explains how to build a timeline.
Photo stops and timing the day
Hamilton has more good backdrops than most couples can fit in one afternoon: the gardens of the Royal Botanical Gardens, the grounds of Dundurn Castle, the waterfalls on the escarpment, the waterfront at Pier 4 and the brick of James Street North. Travel between them is usually 10–25 minutes, and that driving is where a Rolls-Royce earns its keep: the couple rests, drinks water and fixes hair in a quiet cabin.
Two practical points. Many gardens and historic sites require a photography permit or booking for wedding photos, so check directly with each venue well ahead. And every added location costs roughly 30–45 minutes once you count walking, posing and loading the train of a dress, so a four-location plan rarely fits in three hours. The RBG attraction page covers parking and drop-off points for the gardens.

Milestone birthdays, anniversaries and proposals
Outside wedding season the Rolls-Royce earns its bookings from moments: a fiftieth wedding anniversary dinner, a parent's eightieth birthday, a proposal at a lookout over the city, a graduate arriving at a family celebration. Three hours covers most of these comfortably: collection at home, a scenic drive along the escarpment or the lakeshore, arrival at the restaurant and the ride home.
Tell dispatch about flowers, a card on the seat, a specific song or a surprise arrival, and the chauffeur plans around it. The car cannot be decorated in ways that mark the paint, but ribbons in the approved style are standard for weddings. For ideas and timings, see our anniversary limo and birthday limo pages. If the budget points to something slightly less formal, a first-class sedan from our own fleet at $285–350 per hour delivers most of the experience for about half the price.
VIP arrivals, executives and visiting guests
A Maybach or a Ghost at the curb says something to a visiting chairman, a guest speaker, a performer or a delegation, and some clients book it for exactly that reason. The chauffeur can collect at Hamilton airport, Toronto Pearson or a private aviation terminal, carry the guest to a hotel or a venue, and remain with the car for the evening.
Be realistic about luggage. These are three-passenger cars with room for about two small bags in the boot, not a family's airport luggage. For an arrival with several suitcases, we send the Rolls-Royce for the guest and a sedan or SUV behind it for the bags, both on one booking. For regular executive travel without the showpiece, our private chauffeur and corporate car service pages are the better starting point.
Honest about partners: who supplies the car
Because these cars come from partner operators, we want you to know exactly what that means. Each partner is a licensed, commercially insured chauffeured-transport business that has agreed to our standards. Membership of LimousineAssociation.International commits us and our affiliates to the same vehicle age rules: every car we dispatch is four model years old or younger, with the single exception of the rare-car tier, where a Rolls-Royce, Maybach or Bentley may be up to seven model years old. A well-kept Phantom of that age remains the finest car on the road; a car outside the rule is not sent.
Your confirmation names the operator and the chauffeur. On the day, you deal with one dispatch desk, ours, whoever owns the car.
How the car is presented on the day
A Rolls-Royce booking lives or dies on presentation, so the partner standard is specific. The car is washed and detailed on the day of the booking, not the day before. The interior is checked, the rear seats set upright, bottled water placed, and the boot left clear for a bouquet, a clutch or a small bag. The chauffeur wears a dark suit or formal uniform and arrives 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup.
In wet weather the chauffeur meets the bride or guest at the door with an umbrella; most of these cars carry umbrellas in the doors for exactly that job. The cabin is kept at the temperature you ask for, and the chauffeur will not use the phone or radio unless you ask. None of that is extra; it is what the hourly figure pays for.

Book early: availability in wedding season
There are only a handful of chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royces serving Hamilton, Halton and Niagara, and on Saturdays from late May to early October they are booked a long way ahead. For a wedding in peak season we suggest booking six to twelve months out; for a Friday, Sunday or a date between November and April, a few weeks is usually enough.
When the car you want is taken, the coordinator tells you straight away and offers the nearest real alternative: a Phantom instead of a Ghost, a Maybach, a Bentley from the same tier, or a first-class sedan from our own fleet. You are never switched to another car on the day without being told. If you are also planning the marriage paperwork, the province's getting married page covers licences and officiants.
Roads, distances and the escarpment
A Rolls-Royce is heavy and long, and a good chauffeur plans the route with that in mind. We avoid the steepest, tightest mountain accesses when there is a gentler choice, prefer the Claremont Access, Highway 403 or the Linc to reach the upper city, and plan wedding routes that do not require three-point turns on narrow Dundas or Ancaster streets.
Distance matters for price. The hourly figure starts when the car reaches you, but when a partner car travels a long way to a Hamilton pickup, some of that journey may be included in the quote, which is why the engine or coordinator confirms the exact figure. Typical in-city legs between a church, a photo stop and a reception take 10–25 minutes; a run from Hamilton to a Niagara-on-the-Lake winery venue is about 70 km and 50–60 minutes.
Rolls-Royce versus stretch limousine versus first-class sedan
Couples often ask which car they should book, and the honest answer depends on who is riding.
- Rolls-Royce or Maybach: two or three people, maximum presence in photographs, from $675 per hour, 3-hour minimum.
- Stretch limousine: eight to ten people together, partner vehicle, $350–450 per hour, 4-hour minimum.
- First-class sedan: two or three people, understated luxury from our own fleet, $285–350 per hour, 3-hour minimum.
- Sprinter: fourteen people with bouquets and bags, $330–385 per hour.
- Jet Sprinter: up to seven in a VIP lounge Sprinter with captain's chairs, $650–750 per hour, 3-hour minimum; a bridal party that wants room for gowns.
A common split is a Rolls-Royce for the couple and a Sprinter for the wedding party, which usually costs less than two stretch limousines and photographs better. Prices across every class are in our Hamilton limo prices guide.
Deposits, changes and cancellation
A Rolls-Royce booking is confirmed in writing with the car, the hours and the timeline. Our standard cancellation terms apply and are measured from the scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours before, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10 %; 48 hours or less, 50 %; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100 %. Because these cars are so scarce in wedding season, the coordinator will point out any additional partner terms in writing before you confirm, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
Changes to times and addresses are easy up to a few days out; adding hours on the day is usually possible if the car is not due at another wedding. Gratuity is already included in the all-in figure.
How to book a Rolls-Royce chauffeur direct
Start on the Book button on any page, or go straight to book, choose the Rolls-Royce class, and enter your date, pickup and the hours you expect to need. For weddings, add the ceremony and reception addresses and your photographer's plan in the notes. A coordinator confirms the specific car, colour and chauffeur in writing and sends a draft timeline for you to approve.
Booking direct with HamiltonLimo.net means no marketplace in the middle and one desk that answers for every car on your day. Before the event you receive the chauffeur's name, the car and the plate, and on the day the chauffeur messages when he is parked outside.
