Hotel car service in Burlington, from the lake to the 407
Burlington sits between Hamilton and Toronto, and its hotels fill with wedding guests, corporate travellers visiting head offices along the QEW, families in town for a tournament, and people who want a quiet night before a Pearson flight. HamiltonLimo.net is based next door in Hamilton, so a Burlington hotel pickup is a short run for our chauffeurs, and a limo from a Burlington hotel to Pearson is one of the most common trips on our board.
Guests book on the HamiltonLimo.net reservation engine: hotel, flight or train, passengers, bags and vehicle. The engine shows a fixed all-in fare (chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 tolls if the chauffeur uses the highway, airport fees and gratuity; HST separate) before you confirm. No app, no meter, no aggregator in the middle.
Burlington hotels we pick up from
These hotels were verified as open on 30 September 2026 using the hotel brands' sites, the Hamilton airport's accommodation list and current booking listings. We drive to them as addresses only; HamiltonLimo.net is not a partner or official provider of any hotel. Distances and times are dispatcher estimates for a weekday outside rush hour.

Where the car stops at Burlington hotels
The two lakefront hotels are on busy downtown streets near Spencer Smith Park and Brant Street, where the car uses the hotel's front drop-off or the nearest legal stop within sight of the door; summer festival weekends close Lakeshore Road sections, and the chauffeur may name an alternative corner in the confirmation. The QEW-corridor hotels on South Service Road, Appleby Line and Burloak Drive are built for cars, with front drives and surface parking, so the chauffeur pulls to the main entrance and, if you need a few minutes, parks nearby and texts.
A practical tip: leave the hotel's name in the booking, not just "Appleby" or "Burloak". Several business parks and hotels share the same exits, and the name saves a phone call at 5 a.m.
Arriving guests: Pearson or YHM to your Burlington hotel
From Pearson the chauffeur tracks the flight and meets you at the terminal's commercial pickup area, with 30 minutes' waiting included on domestic and US flights and 60 minutes on other international arrivals, from actual landing. A name-board meet and greet inside arrivals is an optional add-on at a planning $25–35. The drive south-west runs Highway 427 or 401 to the QEW or 403, then off at Guelph Line, Brant Street, Appleby Line or Burloak Drive, typically 30 to 50 minutes.
Flights into Hamilton airport (YHM) are closer than people expect: Upper James, the Linc and Highway 403 bring you to Aldershot or downtown Burlington in about 25 to 35 minutes. Check flyhamilton.ca for the airlines currently serving YHM.
Departing: Burlington hotel to Pearson, with timing that works
- Early domestic or US flight: leave about 2.5 to 3 hours before departure. At 4 or 5 a.m. the QEW is open road, but security queues at Terminals 1 and 3 build early.
- Weekday midday: allow 45 to 60 minutes of driving plus the airline's check-in time.
- Weekday afternoon peak: allow 70 to 90 minutes. The QEW east of Burlington and the 403 through Mississauga slow badly; the chauffeur may take the 407 ETR, and the toll is inside the fixed fare.
- International long-haul: leave about 3.5 hours before departure.
Confirm your terminal with the airline; Pearson has Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. The Hamilton to Pearson airport limo route explains the three road choices in detail, and Toronto Pearson's site posts security wait advice.
Aldershot station, Union Station and GO trains
Aldershot station on Waterdown Road is served by GO and VIA and sits a few minutes from the City View Inn and the Plains Road area; guests arriving by VIA from Windsor, London or Toronto often finish the trip in a car to their Burlington hotel. For downtown Toronto, a car from a Burlington hotel to Union Station is 45 to 58 km and 35 to 65 minutes. GO timetables are on the GO Transit site; we track trains on every station pickup.

Meetings and conferences from Burlington hotel lobbies
The QEW corridor between Guelph Line and Burloak Drive is lined with corporate offices, and the downtown lakefront has hotels with meeting rooms. A typical hourly day: pick up a visiting executive at an Appleby Line hotel, visit two offices in Burlington and one in Oakville, lunch on Brant Street, and a late-afternoon drop at Pearson. The Burlington Performing Arts Centre on Locust Street, whose calendar is on the Burlington Performing Arts Centre site, is a common evening stop after a conference dinner. For event logistics, see corporate events and galas.
Hourly chauffeur days from a Burlington hotel
Our lead product is the hourly private chauffeur: one car and one professional chauffeur for a 3-hour minimum or a whole day. Planning figures, all-in plus HST: business sedan $120–145 an hour, first-class sedan $285–350, executive SUV $190–235, Sprinter $330–385; extra time in 30-minute blocks. A 4-hour sedan booking is $480–580.
Burlington guests use it for a Royal Botanical Gardens morning and lunch in Waterdown, for Niagara wine country with a designated driver, or for a family visiting several relatives around Halton. It makes sense whenever there are three or more stops, or a wait at each one. Details on the hourly chauffeur service in Hamilton and Burlington page; the Royal Botanical Gardens publishes its seasonal hours.
Wedding room blocks and guest shuttles in Burlington
Burlington's lakefront and its golf and banquet venues make it a wedding town, and couples often reserve blocks at one of the lakefront or QEW hotels. The plan that works best is a Sprinter loop from the hotel to the ceremony, on to the reception, and two or three late runs back to the hotel. For the couple, a first-class sedan from our fleet or a stretch limousine or Rolls-Royce from a vetted partner operator in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network. Multi-vehicle wedding plans are priced in writing by a coordinator; timing templates are on the wedding limo page.
A worked example: a Burlington wedding weekend
A couple has 30 guests in a lakefront hotel block, a ceremony at a church in Aldershot and a reception at a golf club in north Burlington. Friday: two sedans collect the couple's parents and grandparents from Pearson ($195–240 each, all-in plus HST). Saturday: one Sprinter runs the hotel to church to reception loop and three late returns, booked as an hourly block at the Sprinter band of $330–385 an hour, while a partner stretch limousine carries the wedding party. Sunday morning: an executive SUV takes the out-of-town family back to Pearson. Every leg sits on one reservation file with one coordinator, and each price is known before the weekend starts.
Concierges, front desks and planners: book direct
Hotel staff and planners can book directly in the reservation engine for a guest: enter the guest's name and mobile for the chauffeur and receive the confirmation yourself. One dispatch desk handles every change, and we pay no commission to hotels. We are not any hotel's official car service and never say so. Companies with regular visitors can set up an account through the corporate car service page.
Festival weekends and rush-hour realities
Burlington's lakefront festivals, including Sound of Music in June and Ribfest in late summer, close streets around Spencer Smith Park; check the dates on the official sites and our Burlington festivals page before planning a downtown pickup. The Burlington Bay James N. Allan Skyway on the QEW is a bottleneck in both rush hours and in high wind, and the 403/QEW merge at the Freeman interchange backs up most weekday afternoons. The chauffeur watches Ontario 511 and picks the fastest line.
Vehicle choice, child seats and accessibility
- Business sedan (3 passengers, 3 bags): the usual Pearson run. Compare fleet classes.
- First-class sedan (3 and 3): executives and special occasions.
- Executive SUV (6 and 6): families and winter trips.
- Luxury van (6 and 6) and Sprinter (14 and 14): groups, crews and wedding guests.
- Jet Sprinter (7 and 5): captain's chairs and work tables for a leadership team heading to a QEW meeting; $650–750 an hour.
Child seats (infant, convertible, booster) at a planning $10–15 each; add them at booking. Our own fleet has no ramp-equipped wheelchair vehicles: travellers who can transfer to a seat have their wheelchair or walker folded and stowed, and we refer ramp-vehicle requests to a specialist accessible provider.
Nearby hotels and cities we serve
Burlington groups often split between hotel clusters. The same booking can collect guests from downtown Hamilton hotels, Hamilton Mountain and Ancaster hotels near YHM and Oakville hotels, or deliver them to the Pearson airport hotels the night before a flight. Neighbouring communities include Waterdown and Flamborough, Oakville and Milton. The City of Burlington lists local events and road work.

What is included and how cancellation works
