HamiltonLimo.net serves Waterdown and rural Flamborough with its own sedans, SUVs, vans and Sprinters. Because Waterdown sits close to the 407 and 403, Pearson is often quicker from here than from downtown: a planning $220–270 all-in plus HST. Hamilton airport is $105–140 and Union Station $245–305. Hourly chauffeurs start at $120–145 an hour, three-hour minimum.
Waterdown limo service at the north edge of the city
Flamborough is the largest, most rural part of Hamilton. Waterdown is its main town, with a historic village core at Dundas Street and Main Street and fast-growing subdivisions to the east and north. Beyond it lie hamlets such as Carlisle, Freelton, Millgrove, Greensville and Rockton, farms and conservation land that stretch towards Cambridge and Guelph.
That geography changes how we plan trips. Waterdown is minutes from Burlington, Aldershot station and the highways to Toronto, so Pearson is closer than it is from downtown. Rural Flamborough addresses, on the other hand, can be long driveways on gravel concession roads. Our dispatch desk knows both. Book a one-way transfer for a flight, or the hourly chauffeur service in Hamilton for a wedding, a fair or a day of meetings.
Places we pick up in Waterdown and Flamborough
- The village core at Dundas Street (Highway 5) and Main Street, including the Royal Coachman pub at 1 Main Street North, a tavern site in the heart of the village for generations.
- Smokey Hollow, where Grindstone Creek falls about 10 metres at the Great Falls, surrounded by a section of the Bruce Trail.
- Clappison's Corners at Highway 5 and Highway 6, the main junction for trips north and west.
- Waterdown District High School and the newer east-end neighbourhoods off Parkside Drive and Mountain Brow Road.
- Carlisle, home of Carlisle Golf and Country Club, a popular wedding and tournament venue.
- Rockton, with Westfield Heritage Village and the fairgrounds of the Rockton World's Fair.
- African Lion Safari, the drive-through wildlife park on Safari Road.
For rural addresses, give us the fire number, a landmark and the gate code, and tell us if the lane is not suitable for a Sprinter.
Waterdown and Flamborough fare table
Planning figures for a business sedan, one way, all-in plus HST, derived from our downtown bands. Waterdown is north-east of downtown, which shortens Toronto trips and lengthens the airport run to Mount Hope. Rural Flamborough adds distance depending on the hamlet.
| Waterdown to | Distance | Typical drive | Sedan, all-in + HST |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aldershot GO / VIA | about 7 km | 10–15 min | $75–100 |
| Downtown Hamilton | about 20 km | 20–30 min | $80–105 |
| Hamilton airport (YHM) | about 30 km | 30–40 min | $105–140 |
| Toronto Pearson (YYZ) | about 55 km | 35–55 min | $220–270 |
| Union Station, Toronto | about 62 km | 45–70 min | $245–305 |
| Billy Bishop (YTZ) | about 64 km | 50–75 min | $250–315 |
| Guelph | about 40 km | 35–45 min | $150–190 |
| Kitchener-Waterloo / YKF | about 55 km | 45–55 min | $200–245 |
From Carlisle, Freelton or Millgrove, add roughly 5 to 15 km. An executive SUV runs about 65 per cent above the sedan figures, a luxury van about 50 per cent, a first-class sedan about 2.5 times and a Sprinter about 2.75 times. The reservation engine quotes your exact address and vehicle.
The quick way from Waterdown to Pearson
From Waterdown, chauffeurs head east on Dundas Street into Burlington and join the 407, or drop down Waterdown Road to Highway 403 at Aldershot, then continue towards Mississauga. Which is faster depends on the hour: the 407 avoids QEW congestion in the rush, and if it is used the toll is already inside the fixed fare. Plan for 35 minutes at night and up to 55 in the morning peak. Check whether your flight uses Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, and see the Hamilton to Pearson limo route page.
On returns, the chauffeur tracks the flight and waits at the commercial pickup curb: 30 minutes from actual landing for Canadian and US flights, 60 minutes for other international arrivals. Meet and greet in the arrivals hall is available as an add-on, planning $25–35.
Hamilton airport, Union Station and Billy Bishop
YHM is the longer run from Waterdown, about 30 km. The usual route drops down to the 403, crosses the city and follows the Linc to Upper James and Mount Hope. Allow 30 to 40 minutes. Airlines and routes change, so check flyhamilton.ca and see the Hamilton airport limo page.
Union Station is about 62 km via the 403, QEW and Gardiner; train tracking is included on pickups. See Hamilton to Union Station car service.
Billy Bishop drop-offs are at the mainland pavilion on Eireann Quay, with the pedestrian tunnel or ferry to the island. See the Billy Bishop transfer.
Aldershot station: the Waterdown rail link
Aldershot GO station, at Highway 403 and Waterdown Road in Burlington, is the nearest major rail station for Waterdown and serves both GO Transit and VIA Rail. For a VIA trip to Ottawa, Montreal or London, or a GO train into Toronto, a short sedan run to Aldershot is often the smart choice. We track the train on pickups and wait 15 minutes after arrival. Details are on our Aldershot station page, and schedules are on VIA Rail and GO Transit.

Road changes: Clappison's Corners and the bypass
Waterdown is growing fast and its roads are changing. The province plans to rebuild Clappison's Corners, the junction of Highways 5 and 6, as an interchange with an overpass and ramps, with construction expected to run for several years. The east–west Waterdown bypass has also faced delays. Expect lane restrictions and detours on Highway 5, Highway 6 and nearby roads. Our dispatchers check Ontario 511 and adjust routes; if a detour adds distance, your fixed fare does not change.
African Lion Safari, Westfield and the Rockton fair
Flamborough's attractions draw families from across the region. African Lion Safari is a drive-through park; visitors must stay in their vehicles in the game reserves, so check its current rules on hired vehicles before you book a drive-through, and use our African Lion Safari page for planning. Westfield Heritage Village near Rockton has more than 30 historic buildings on a large site. The Rockton World's Fair, held every Thanksgiving weekend, is North America's oldest continuously held agricultural fair; in 2026 it runs 9 to 12 October. Traffic backs up on the roads into Rockton, so we agree a drop point with you.
Burlington next door
Waterdown's closest neighbour is Burlington, just down the escarpment, and many Waterdown trips are really Burlington trips: dinner on Brant Street, a show at the performing arts centre, a waterfront walk at Spencer Smith Park or a visit to the Royal Botanical Gardens on Plains Road. A short one-way hop is priced within our local bands; an evening out works better as a three-hour hourly booking with the car waiting. Our Burlington limo service page covers pickups there, and the City of Burlington lists event dates for the summer festivals on the lakefront.
Country weddings in Flamborough
Rural Flamborough is popular for weddings: barns, farm properties, golf clubs and estate homes. Carlisle Golf and Country Club offers a ceremony pergola and ballroom. Many couples choose a first-class sedan or SUV for themselves and a Sprinter for the wedding party, with photo stops at Smokey Hollow, the Waterdown village core or the Royal Botanical Gardens nearby in Burlington. Because rural venues often have gravel lanes and limited turning space, we ask for directions and a site plan in advance. Stretch limousines, vintage-style cars and party buses come from partner operators and are priced in writing by a coordinator. See Hamilton wedding limo.
Golf in Flamborough
Carlisle Golf and Country Club and several other courses in the area host corporate tournaments throughout the season. For four players and bags, an executive SUV works; for outings of eight to fourteen, a Sprinter booked by the hour collects players, waits through the round and the dinner, and drives everyone home. That removes any debate about who is driving after the awards.
Proms at Waterdown District High School
Waterdown District High School sends many groups to prom each spring, usually in June. A parent or guardian books and acts as our contact for the night, the schedule for photos, the prom venue and the return is agreed in advance, and no alcohol is allowed in any vehicle. Rural photo locations are welcome as long as we know the address and parking. See prom limo in Hamilton.

Winter on the Flamborough plateau
Most of Flamborough sits above the escarpment, where snow squalls blow across open farmland and rural roads drift quickly. Waterdown Road and Mountain Brow Road descend steeply to Aldershot and Burlington, and they can be treacherous after freezing rain. Chauffeurs use Highway 6 and Highway 5 when concession roads are not yet plowed, and dispatch adds time to early departures. For rural pickups, please make sure your lane is cleared or meet us at the road; check Environment Canada's forecast before a storm.
