Limo from a Pearson airport hotel to Hamilton: who books it
The hotels around Toronto Pearson fill with people in transit: a family that landed too late for the drive home, a crew between rotations, a conference delegate at one of the Dixon Road meeting hotels, a passenger whose connection was cancelled. Many of them are really going to Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville or Niagara, and a limo from the Pearson airport hotel to Hamilton the next morning is simpler than a bus with luggage. HamiltonLimo.net is based in Hamilton, runs that corridor every day, and quotes a fixed price in advance.
Book on the HamiltonLimo.net reservation engine: pick the hotel, the time you want to leave, the passenger and bag count and the vehicle. The engine shows a fixed all-in fare (chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 tolls if used, airport fees and gratuity, HST shown separately) before you confirm. There is no meter, and no surge on the morning after a storm.
Pearson airport hotels we pick up from
These hotels were verified as operating on 30 September 2026 using hotel brand sites and current booking listings. The Dixon Road hotels have Toronto (Etobicoke) addresses on the east side of the airport; Airport Road and Viscount Road are in Mississauga. We drive to them as addresses and have no partnership with any hotel. Distances and times are dispatcher estimates outside rush hour.

The reservation engine quotes your exact hotel, date and vehicle. The full road guide for this corridor is on the Hamilton to Pearson airport limo route.
Where cars stop at the airport hotels
Almost every hotel on the strip has a front drive with a covered or marked pickup lane, because shuttle buses and taxis use them all day. The chauffeur pulls into the hotel's pickup lane, texts you, and meets you at the lobby door. At busy checkout times, when shuttle buses stack up on Dixon Road, the chauffeur may wait in the hotel's short-term parking and walk in to find you.
Two exceptions. The Sheraton Gateway is connected to Terminal 3, so most guests simply meet the chauffeur at the terminal's commercial pickup area. The Alt Hotel sits beside Viscount station on the airport's free Link Train, which also serves Terminals 1 and 3; the car can collect you at the hotel's own entrance on Viscount Road. Many strip hotels run their own terminal shuttles, so for a short terminal hop, ask your hotel before booking a car.
Night before a flight: staying near Pearson from Hamilton
Some Hamilton and Burlington travellers book a Pearson hotel the night before a very early international flight, especially in winter. The plan: a car from home in the evening, a quiet night by the airport, and the hotel shuttle or Link Train to the terminal. On the way back, the chauffeur tracks the return flight and meets you at the terminal's commercial pickup area. Compare that with a single early-morning ride from Hamilton ($245–300 in a sedan), which is often simpler on a summer morning when the roads are clear. The Toronto Pearson airport page covers the terminals.
After a cancelled flight or a missed connection
When storms or crew shortages cancel flights, the airport hotels fill and rideshare prices rise. Our fare is fixed at booking, so a family stranded overnight near Pearson can book the car home to Hamilton for the next morning at the same planning band as any other day. If the airline rebooks you onto a flight into Hamilton airport (YHM) instead, the chauffeur tracks that flight too. Airline rebooking rules sit with the airline; check Toronto Pearson's site for terminal updates.

Arriving at Pearson and staying on the strip
For conference delegates and crews staying at a Dixon Road or Carlingview hotel, the chauffeur tracks the flight and meets them at the terminal's commercial pickup area, with 30 minutes' waiting included on domestic and US flights and 60 minutes on other international arrivals, from actual landing. A name-board meet and greet inside arrivals is optional at a planning $25–35. The drive from Terminal 1 or 3 to most strip hotels is short; many guests use the hotel shuttle for that hop and book us for the longer trips out to Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville or Niagara.
Conferences and meetings at the Dixon Road hotels
Several of the Dixon Road hotels have large meeting and conference facilities, and the nearby Toronto Congress Centre and International Centre draw trade shows to the same area. Delegates coming from Hamilton, Burlington or Oakville often prefer a car to parking fees and a late drive home. For a group, a Sprinter from Hamilton to a Dixon Road hotel in the morning and back after the closing dinner is usually cheaper per person than separate cars. More on the conventions and trade shows page and in Tourism Mississauga's visitor information.
Hourly chauffeur days from a Pearson hotel
The hourly private chauffeur is our lead product and works well from the airport strip: a visiting executive with meetings in Mississauga, Oakville and Hamilton in one day, or a family who landed at Pearson and wants to visit relatives in Burlington and Hamilton before continuing to Niagara. Planning rates, all-in plus HST: business sedan $120–145 an hour, first-class sedan $285–350, executive SUV $190–235, Sprinter $330–385, each with a 3-hour minimum. A 4-hour sedan booking comes to $480–580; longer days are welcome. See the hourly chauffeur service page and the city-to-city car service page.
Wedding guests flying in via Pearson
Couples marrying in Hamilton, Burlington or Niagara often have out-of-town guests landing at Pearson over one or two days. A coordinator can build a transfer schedule: sedans and SUVs for individual flights, a Sprinter for clusters of arrivals, and collection from a Pearson hotel for guests who arrive late and travel on the next morning. Our own fleet covers sedans, SUVs, vans and Sprinters; coaches, party buses and stretch limousines come from vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, and multi-vehicle plans are priced in writing. See the wedding limo page and family arrivals and reunions.
Concierges and travel managers: book direct
Hotel front desks, concierges, crew schedulers and corporate travel managers can book directly in the reservation engine for a guest, add the guest's mobile number for the chauffeur, and receive the confirmation. One dispatch desk looks after the car and any changes. HamiltonLimo.net pays no commission to hotels and is not the official car service of any hotel or of the airport.
Timing the drive from Pearson hotels to Hamilton
- Early morning (before 6:30 a.m.): 45 to 55 minutes to downtown Hamilton on clear roads.
- Weekday morning peak: westbound traffic toward Hamilton is usually lighter than eastbound, often 50 to 65 minutes.
- Weekday afternoon peak: allow 75 to 100 minutes; the 403 through Mississauga and the QEW at Burlington are the slow parts. The 407 ETR often saves time, and the toll is inside the fixed fare.
- Winter storm: add 20 to 30 minutes and check Ontario 511.
Vehicles, bags, child seats and accessibility
- Business sedan (3 passengers, 3 bags): individuals and couples.
- Executive SUV (6 and 6) or luxury van (6 and 6): families with international luggage. Compare on the luxury van.
- Sprinter (14 and 14): crews and wedding groups.
- Jet Sprinter (7 and 5): a VIP lounge Sprinter for a delegation arriving together at Pearson; $650–750 an hour.
Child seats (infant, convertible, booster) at a planning $10–15 each; add them at booking. Our own fleet has no ramp-equipped wheelchair vehicles: for travellers who can transfer to a seat, the chauffeur folds and stows the wheelchair or walker, and for ramp vehicles we refer you to a specialist accessible provider.

Other hotel areas we serve
The same dispatch desk handles pickups at downtown Hamilton hotels, Hamilton Mountain and Ancaster hotels, Burlington hotels, Oakville hotels and downtown Toronto hotels. Community pages include Mississauga, Etobicoke and Brampton; the full list is under hotels we serve. If you are going to the city by train instead, UP Express links Terminal 1 with Union Station.
