Limo service in Niagara Falls, Ontario from HamiltonLimo.net covers hotel pickups, casinos, weddings and airport runs with fixed all-in fares. Planning figures for a business sedan from the Fallsview area: Toronto Pearson $415–500 (about 130 km, 80–110 min), Buffalo airport $190–245 (about 40 km plus the border), Hamilton airport $230–290, all plus HST. Hourly chauffeurs start at $120–145 an hour.
Limo service in Niagara Falls: who books and why
Niagara Falls, Ontario is a city of visitors. Most of our limo service bookings here begin in a hotel lobby: a family checking out of a Fallsview tower for a flight from Toronto Pearson, a couple arriving at Buffalo who want a car waiting at the curb, a wedding party staying on Clifton Hill, a conference group moving between hotels and the convention space. The rest come from residents: early airport runs, anniversaries, proms and a night at the casino without anyone driving home.
We dispatch from Hamilton, about 70 km up the QEW, and our chauffeurs drive the Niagara corridor every day. Every trip is priced on the HamiltonLimo.net reservation engine as a fixed all-in fare: chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 tolls if used, airport fees and gratuity, with HST shown separately. No meter running in a bridge queue, no surge on a holiday weekend, no aggregator commission.
Hotel pickups: Fallsview, Clifton Hill and Lundy's Lane
- Fallsview: the hotel towers on the escarpment above the Horseshoe Falls, along Fallsview Boulevard and Portage Road. Chauffeurs use each hotel's front-entrance drop-off or valet lane.
- Clifton Hill and Falls Avenue: the entertainment strip running down to the river, with hotels, attractions and Casino Niagara at the bottom of the hill.
- The Niagara Parkway: hotels and restaurants facing the river, where stopping is controlled; we use hotel driveways, never the parkway shoulder.
- Lundy's Lane: the long corridor of hotels, motels, waterparks and restaurants running west from the tourist area.
- Residential Niagara Falls: Chippawa, Stamford, the north end near the Whirlpool and the newer subdivisions in the south and west.
Give us the hotel name and tower at booking; some Fallsview properties have more than one entrance, and the correct one saves ten minutes with luggage.

A first-class sedan is about 2.5 times the business sedan, an executive SUV about 65 per cent more, a luxury van about 50 per cent more, and a Sprinter about 2.75 times. Chippawa and Lundy's Lane pickups quote slightly differently from Fallsview. The Hamilton limo prices guide explains how the bands are built.
Niagara Falls to Toronto Pearson
Pearson is the airport most Niagara visitors use, and it is a long transfer: about 130 km along the QEW, over the Garden City Skyway and the Burlington Bay James N. Allan Skyway, then the QEW or the 407 ETR into Mississauga. At dawn it is 80 minutes; on a summer Friday or a Sunday evening it can reach two hours. For an international departure at noon, dispatch will usually suggest leaving the hotel around 8 a.m. Check your booking for Terminal 1 or Terminal 3; the Toronto Pearson airport page explains the departures curb.
Arriving at Pearson and heading to the Falls? We track the flight, and included waiting runs from actual landing: 30 minutes for Canadian domestic and US flights, 60 minutes for other international arrivals. Curbside pickup at the commercial area is included; meet and greet inside arrivals with a name board is an optional add-on, planning $25–35.
Buffalo and Niagara Falls NY airports
For many visitors the closest airport is across the river. Buffalo Niagara International is about 40 km from the Fallsview hotels, and Niagara Falls International is closer still, but both need a bridge crossing. From the tourist area we normally use the Rainbow Bridge or the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge depending on the posted wait times from the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission; the Whirlpool Rapids Bridge is for NEXUS members only. US citizens need a passport, passport card, NEXUS card or enhanced licence; other visitors must check US Customs and Border Protection before booking, and anyone entering Canada should check CBSA rules. See the Buffalo airport page, the Niagara Falls NY airport page and our cross-border limo service.
Hamilton airport from the Falls
Hamilton airport in Mount Hope is 50 to 65 minutes from Niagara Falls along the QEW, the Red Hill Valley Parkway and the Linc, and it is often quicker to get through than Pearson. Routes change by season, so check flyhamilton.ca for current service. Our Hamilton airport YHM page covers the terminal curb.

Casino nights: Fallsview and Casino Niagara
Niagara Falls has two large casinos. The Fallsview Casino Resort sits on the escarpment and includes the OLG Stage, a theatre of about 5,000 seats that books touring concerts and comedy. Casino Niagara is at the foot of Clifton Hill near the Rainbow Bridge. Both have covered drop-off areas, and chauffeurs agree an exact door with you before the evening starts.
For residents and visitors staying outside the tourist area, an hourly booking is the easy way to do a casino night: the car takes you to dinner, then the casino or a show, and brings you home when you are ready. For groups from Hamilton, Burlington or further afield, see our casino limo page and casinos near Hamilton.
Hourly chauffeur service in Niagara Falls
Our lead product is the hourly private chauffeur: one car and one chauffeur kept for three hours or the whole day. Planning rates, all-in plus HST: business sedan $120–145 an hour, first-class sedan $285–350, executive SUV $190–235, Sprinter $330–385, three hours minimum, extra time in 30-minute blocks. A four-hour sedan booking is $480–580 all-in plus HST.
In Niagara Falls, hourly suits days that mix sights and stops. A sample five-hour day for a family of five in an executive SUV:
- 10 a.m. pickup at a Fallsview hotel; drop at Table Rock for the view over the Horseshoe Falls.
- 11 a.m. the Niagara City Cruises boat tour into the mist, with the chauffeur waiting at an agreed point.
- 12:30 p.m. north along the Niagara Parkway to the Whirlpool and the gorge lookouts.
- 1:30 p.m. lunch in Niagara-on-the-Lake, then back to the hotel by 3 p.m.
That is a five-hour booking, $950–1,175 in the SUV. The hourly chauffeur service page explains how the clock runs.
Getting around the Niagara Parks corridor
The parkland along the river, including Table Rock, Journey Behind the Falls, the Floral Showhouse, the White Water Walk and the lookouts over the Whirlpool, is run by the Niagara Parks Commission. Parking along the corridor is paid and fills early in summer, and stopping on the parkway itself is not allowed. With a chauffeur you are dropped at the attraction entrance and collected at a point you agree, so you can walk the river path one way. Opening hours change with the season; check Niagara Parks before you plan.

Weddings at the Falls
Niagara Falls hosts weddings of every size: elopements with the Falls as the backdrop, ceremonies at garden sites along the river, hotel ballrooms in Fallsview and receptions at wineries a short drive north. A common plan is a first-class sedan for the couple, a Sprinter for the wedding party, and a photographer's loop along the parkway at golden hour. Niagara Parks books ceremony locations on its lands; ask them about permits. Stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce models and party buses come from vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, priced in writing by a coordinator. See wedding limo for timelines.
Winter lights, fireworks and the busy seasons
Summer weekends are the peak: Clifton Hill and the parkway fill by late morning, and the QEW towards Toronto is slow on Sunday evenings. The Falls are illuminated every night, and fireworks run on scheduled evenings in season; check Niagara Falls Tourism and Niagara Parks for dates rather than assuming. From November into the new year the Winter Festival of Lights draws evening crowds along the parkway. Harvest season in September and October fills the wineries to the north. Tell dispatch your plans and the pickup times will account for the crowds.
Conferences and group travel
Hotels in Fallsview and around the casinos host conferences and incentive groups through the year. We move executives between Pearson or Buffalo and the hotel, run Sprinter shuttles for teams, and keep an executive SUV on hourly standby for speakers and VIPs. For more than one vehicle, a coordinator prices the day in writing. Our corporate events and galas page explains how multi-vehicle days are planned.
Trains at Niagara Falls station
Niagara Falls station on Bridge Street is served by VIA Rail and by GO trains on the Niagara branch of the Lakeshore West line, on a more limited timetable than the Hamilton trains; check GO Transit for current service. We track your train, meet you at the station curb and take you to your hotel, Hamilton or an airport. See the Niagara Falls station page for pickup details.
