Limo service in Hamilton costs $75–100 for a business sedan within the city, $90–115 to Hamilton airport (YHM), $245–300 to Toronto Pearson and $270–330 to Union Station, all-in before HST. Hourly chauffeurs start at $120–145 per hour for a sedan with a three-hour minimum. These are planning ranges; the reservation engine quotes a fixed fare for your exact address, date and vehicle before you confirm.
Hamilton limo service cost: how our fares work
Every HamiltonLimo.net fare is a fixed, all-in price. The number the reservation engine shows before you confirm already includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, Highway 407 ETR tolls if we use the 407, airport commercial fees, parking while the chauffeur waits within the included time, and gratuity. HST at 13 per cent is shown on its own line. There is no meter, no surge on a rainy Friday or a Ticats game night, and no fuel surcharge added afterwards. If your flight is late, the fare does not change; the included waiting time starts when the aircraft actually lands.
The figures on this page are planning ranges, not quotes. The range exists because the exact fare depends on the pickup address (Waterdown and Binbrook are further from the Linc than James Street North), the date and time, and the vehicle class. Enter the trip on the reservation engine and the exact number appears in under a minute; the fare calculator gives the same bands without an address.
One-way fares from downtown Hamilton

The three trips people ask about most
Hamilton to Toronto Pearson is about 70 km and 45–65 minutes by the QEW and 403, or by the 407 when the QEW is jammed. The sedan planning range is $245–300 all-in, and the 407 toll is inside that figure when we use it. The full route, terminal drop-off and pickup details are on the Hamilton to Pearson limo page.
Hamilton to Union Station is 68 km and 50–75 minutes, most of the variation coming from the Gardiner Expressway at the Toronto end; planning range $270–330, and the Hamilton to Union Station car page covers the pickup point. Hamilton to Billy Bishop is 70 km and 55–80 minutes to the mainland pavilion on Eireann Quay, planning range $275–340; see the Billy Bishop transfer page for how the tunnel and ferry work.

Vehicle multipliers
The table above is for a business sedan. Other classes are priced from it:
- Business SUV (Tahoe, Yukon; five passengers and five bags): about 1.3 times the sedan fare, close to sedan money with winter traction. Hamilton to Pearson is roughly $320–390.
- First-class sedan (S-Class, 7 Series): about 2.5 times the business-sedan fare. Hamilton to Pearson is roughly $615–750.
- Executive SUV (Escalade ESV, Navigator L, Yukon Denali XL): about 65 per cent more. Hamilton to Pearson is roughly $405–495.
- Luxury van: about 50 per cent more. Hamilton to Pearson is roughly $370–450.
- Sprinter (14 seats): about 2.75 times the sedan fare. Hamilton to Pearson is roughly $675–825, which is under $60 a seat for a full group.
- Jet Sprinter (VIP lounge Sprinter, up to 7): about 4.65 times the sedan fare, captain's chairs, work tables and room to meet on the move. Hamilton to Pearson is roughly $1,140–1,395.
- Stretch limousine, Rolls-Royce, party bus and coach: partner vehicles, booked hourly or priced in writing by a coordinator.
Capacities for every class are on the fleet page; the executive SUV and the Sprinter are the two most often underestimated.
Hourly chauffeur rates
The hourly private chauffeur is the service most Hamilton clients book: one car and one chauffeur, kept for three hours or for a whole day, waiting outside each stop. All-in plus HST.
| Vehicle | Hourly planning range | Minimum |
|---|---|---|
| Business sedan | $120–145 per hour | 3 hours |
| Business SUV | $145–175 per hour | 3 hours |
| First-class sedan | $285–350 per hour | 3 hours |
| Executive SUV or luxury van | $190–235 per hour | 3 hours |
| Sprinter | $330–385 per hour | 3 hours |
| Jet Sprinter | $650–750 per hour | 3 hours |
| Stretch limousine (partner) | $350–450 per hour | 4 hours |
| Party bus (partner) | $650–750 per hour | 4–5 hours |
| Rolls-Royce or Maybach (partner) | from $675 per hour | 3 hours |
| Coach (partner) | priced in writing | by the day |
Extra time is billed in 30-minute blocks at the same rate. A four-hour business-sedan booking works out to $480–580 all-in, plus HST, which is $542.40 to $655.40 including tax. A full eight-hour day in a sedan is $960–1,160 before tax, and the chauffeur stays with you for all of it.
When hourly costs less than one-way
Hourly wins whenever the car would otherwise be waiting, or when you would be calling several cars. A morning with three meetings in Burlington, Ancaster and downtown, each an hour long, would need three one-way fares plus waiting charges; a four-hour sedan booking covers all of it, with the chauffeur outside each door and your coat and laptop bag in the car. The same logic applies to a medical appointment where the timing is uncertain, a wine-country afternoon, or a visitor's first day in Hamilton. The hourly vs point-to-point guide works through examples, and the hourly chauffeur service page explains how a day is planned.
One-way wins for a single journey with no waiting, such as a Pearson drop-off. If you are not sure, enter both on the engine and compare the fixed prices side by side.
Add-ons and what they cost
- Meet and greet inside arrivals with a name board: about $25–35. Without it, the fare includes curbside pickup at the terminal's commercial pickup area, with the chauffeur texting you where to come out.
- Child seats (infant, convertible or booster): about $10–15 each, added at booking.
- Extra waiting beyond the included time: billed in 15-minute blocks.
- Extra stops on a one-way trip: priced by the engine when you add them; for more than one or two, hourly is usually cheaper.
- Border crossing on US trips: built into the cross-border fares above, including bridge tolls.
Included waiting time
On airport pickups we track your flight and time the chauffeur to the actual landing. Included waiting is 30 minutes after landing on Canadian domestic and US flights and 60 minutes on all other international arrivals, which allows for customs and baggage at Pearson. Other pickups, including train stations and homes, include 15 minutes. After that, waiting is billed in 15-minute blocks, and the chauffeur texts before any charge starts.

What every fare includes
- A licensed, screened professional chauffeur in business dress.
- A late-model vehicle, four model years or younger, detailed before the trip.
- Fuel, 407 ETR tolls when used, airport commercial fees and parking within the included wait.
- Gratuity. You may tip for exceptional service, but it is never expected.
- Flight tracking on airport pickups and train tracking on station pickups.
- Water, a charging cable and an umbrella in the car.
What it does not include: HST, meet and greet, child seats, extra waiting and extra stops, all shown before you confirm.
Why booking direct is simpler and cheaper
When you book on HamiltonLimo.net, there is no app company or booking marketplace taking a commission between you and the car. That commission is usually built into marketplace prices, so booking direct is the simplest way to get the fixed fare without a markup, and the dispatch desk that confirms your ride is the same desk that sends the car. If a flight moves, you change it with us, not with a third party that has to relay the message. Use the booking form on any page, the floating Book now button, or the booking page.
Cancellation policy
The same rule applies to every booking and is measured from the scheduled pickup time.
| When you cancel | Charge |
|---|---|
| More than 72 hours before pickup | No charge |
| 72 hours or less | 10 % of the fare |
| 48 hours or less | 50 % of the fare |
| 24 hours or less, or no-show | 100 % of the fare |
Changes to time or address are free while we can still cover them. A flight cancelled by the airline is handled case by case; tell us as soon as you know and we will move the booking rather than charge it wherever we can.
How the fares compare with a taxi, rideshare or the GO bus
For a single rider, the GO Transit bus between Hamilton and Pearson is the cheapest way to the airport, and we say so in our GO bus vs limo guide. A taxi or rideshare may be cheaper than a black car on a quiet afternoon, but the price moves with demand and traffic. A fixed fare suits the trips where certainty matters: a 5 a.m. departure, a family with luggage, a client arriving from overseas, or a group that fits one Sprinter. Split four ways in a business SUV, the Pearson fare works out to roughly $80–100 each, door to door, with no transfer at a bus terminal.
Seasonal and event pricing
We do not surge. The same planning ranges apply on New Year's Eve, on Ticats home game days at Hamilton Stadium (the former Tim Hortons Field), during graduation week at McMaster and in the September wine harvest. What does change in peak season is availability: stretch limousines and party buses for May to September weekends are booked months ahead, and Sprinters around the holidays go early. Weather can add drive time on the QEW and the escarpment, but not cost; the fare you confirmed is the fare you pay. Check Ontario 511 before winter trips and allow extra time for your flight.
Paying and receipts
The fare is confirmed and paid on the reservation engine at booking. A receipt with the HST line is emailed after the trip, suitable for expense claims. Companies that travel often can apply for an account with invoicing; see corporate accounts. General information on Ontario's harmonized sales tax is on the Government of Ontario site.
