HamiltonLimo.net offers limo service in Mississauga from its Hamilton dispatch, strongest on hourly business days and westbound trips. An hourly business sedan is a planning $120–145 an hour all-in plus HST, three-hour minimum. Square One to Pearson is 12–20 km, $105–145; Mississauga to downtown Hamilton is about 60 km, 40–55 minutes, $195–240. Book direct online.
Limo service in Mississauga, served from Hamilton
We want to be straightforward about where we fit. HamiltonLimo.net is a Hamilton company, and our cars start their day about 60 km west of Mississauga. For a quick five-minute hop to Pearson, a Mississauga-based taxi may well be cheaper. Where we are strong is everything else: executives who need a chauffeur kept by the hour between the airport, offices and hotels; travellers heading west to Hamilton, Burlington, Niagara or the US border; and families who want the same dispatch desk and fixed-fare policy for every trip. Limo service in Mississauga with us means a named chauffeur, a clean black car and a fixed all-in fare on the HamiltonLimo.net reservation engine before you confirm. No surge, no meter, no marketplace commission.
Mississauga fare table
Planning figures for a business sedan from Mississauga City Centre (the Square One area), one way, all-in (chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 tolls if used, airport fees, gratuity), HST shown separately. Port Credit, Meadowvale and Malton addresses move the numbers a little.
| Mississauga City Centre to | Distance | Typical drive | Sedan, all-in + HST |
|---|---|---|---|
| Toronto Pearson (YYZ) | 12–20 km | 15–30 min | $105–145 |
| Union Station, Toronto | about 28 km | 30–50 min | $145–180 |
| Billy Bishop (YTZ) | about 27 km | 30–50 min | $150–190 |
| Downtown Hamilton | about 60 km | 40–55 min | $195–240 |
| Hamilton airport (YHM) | about 70 km | 50–65 min | $230–280 |
| Niagara Falls | about 110 km | 75–95 min | $340–415 |
| Buffalo airport (BUF) | about 150 km | 105–135 min | $490–590 |
An executive SUV adds about 65 per cent and a luxury van about 50 per cent; a first-class sedan is about 2.5 times the business sedan and a Sprinter about 2.75 times. The reservation engine prices the exact address, date and vehicle.
Pearson next door: when to use us
Toronto Pearson sits inside Mississauga's boundaries, so the airport is minutes from most of the city. That changes the maths. For a solo traveller from Malton or the Airport Corporate Centre, a one-way sedan from us is rarely the cheapest option. It becomes the right option when the airport run is part of something bigger: a visitor landing at Terminal 1 who needs a car for the whole day; a family of five with eight bags and two car seats; a first-class sedan for a senior guest; or a pickup that then continues west to Hamilton or Niagara. Every airport pickup includes flight tracking, and waiting counts from actual landing: 30 minutes for Canadian domestic and US flights and 60 minutes for other international arrivals. The Toronto Pearson airport page shows the curbside pickup areas at both terminals.
Hourly chauffeurs for Mississauga business
The hourly chauffeur is HamiltonLimo.net's lead product, and Mississauga is where it makes the most sense. The city has one of Canada's largest concentrations of corporate offices, spread across the Airport Corporate Centre, the Meadowvale and Heartland business parks, the Hurontario corridor and the Square One area, and the distances between them are too long to walk and too short to make each ride worth booking separately. Keep one car and one chauffeur instead:
- Business sedan: planning $120–145 an hour all-in plus HST, three-hour minimum.
- First-class sedan: $285–350 an hour, for senior executives and client hosting.
- Executive SUV: $190–235 an hour, for small teams with luggage or samples.
- Sprinter: $330–385 an hour, for delegations of up to fourteen.
- Jet Sprinter: $650–750 an hour, a VIP lounge Sprinter for up to seven with captain's chairs and work tables, so a leadership team can meet between offices.
Extra time is billed in 30-minute blocks; four hours in a sedan comes to $480–580. See the hourly chauffeur service page.
A typical Mississauga meeting day
Here is how a day often runs. The chauffeur meets a visiting director at Pearson Terminal 3 at 8:30, drives to a head office near the airport for a morning meeting, waits, then continues to a plant in Meadowvale before lunch at a restaurant in Port Credit. The afternoon brings a supplier visit in Hamilton and a return to an airport hotel for the night, or straight to Terminal 1 for an evening flight. Booked by the hour, the car stays with the client all day, the luggage stays locked in the trunk, and nobody calls for a new ride between stops. Our roadshows and site visits page explains how we plan these days, and corporate car service covers monthly invoicing.

Conventions, trade shows and the International Centre
The International Centre on Airport Road, next to Pearson, is one of the country's largest trade-show venues, and many exhibitors fly in, stay at airport hotels and need transport for several days. A chauffeur by the hour handles hotel-to-hall shuttles, client dinners and the final airport run. For larger teams, a Sprinter by the hour keeps everyone together. The conventions and trade shows page covers show-day timing and how we stage vehicles near busy halls.
Neighbourhoods and landmarks we cover
- City Centre: Square One, Celebration Square, the Living Arts Centre and the towers along Burnhamthorpe and Hurontario.
- Port Credit: the lakeside village at the mouth of the Credit River, with restaurants and the marina.
- Streetsville: the historic main street in the north-west.
- Meadowvale and Erin Mills: residential areas and business parks in the west.
- Clarkson and Lorne Park: lakeshore neighbourhoods near the Oakville border.
- Malton and the Airport Corporate Centre: offices and hotels around Pearson.
- Cooksville: the central Hurontario and Dundas area.
Other reference points include the University of Toronto Mississauga campus, Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga Hospital and the Mississauga Sports and Entertainment Centre (the arena formerly called the Paramount Fine Foods Centre).
Mississauga to Hamilton, Burlington and the west
This is our home ground. From Mississauga City Centre, downtown Hamilton is about 60 km along Highway 403 and the QEW, 40 to 55 minutes. Clients book it for meetings at McMaster University or Hamilton's hospitals, for Ticats games at Hamilton Stadium (the former Tim Hortons Field), for concerts at TD Coliseum and for weddings at venues around the bay. Because the car returns towards our base afterwards, westbound trips are among our most competitive fares. Burlington is on the way, and our Hamilton to downtown Toronto route page describes the same highways in the other direction. For Hamilton airport flights, a sedan is a planning $230–280.
Niagara, wine country and the border
Mississauga to Niagara Falls is about 110 km over the Burlington Skyway on the QEW, 75 to 95 minutes. Many clients book a full day by the hour: the Falls, lunch in Niagara-on-the-Lake and two or three wineries on the way back. Buffalo airport, about 150 km via the Peace Bridge, is sometimes worth it for US flights. Passengers need the right documents; US Customs and Border Protection lists what it accepts at the land border. See Niagara wine tours and the cross-border limo to the USA page.
Union Station, Billy Bishop and downtown Toronto
Mississauga is well served by transit to downtown Toronto: the Lakeshore West GO line from Port Credit and Clarkson, the Milton line on weekdays, and the UP Express from Pearson to Union Station. Schedules are on GO Transit. A car is worth it when you carry luggage, travel off-peak or want a quiet back seat for calls. Union Station is about 28 km and 30 to 50 minutes via the QEW and Gardiner; Billy Bishop's mainland pavilion on Eireann Quay is a similar distance, with the pedestrian tunnel or short ferry to the island. See the Billy Bishop airport page.
Weddings, galas and celebrations
Mississauga hosts a large number of weddings and cultural celebrations at banquet halls, hotels and golf clubs, often with big guest lists and multi-day schedules. For the couple we suggest a first-class sedan or executive SUV; for family and the wedding party, a Sprinter by the hour. Stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce models, party buses and coaches come from vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, and multi-vehicle weddings are priced in writing by a coordinator. See the wedding limo page.

Hotels, airport stays and overnight connections
Mississauga's airport strip along Dixon Road, Airport Road and the Airport Corporate Centre holds dozens of hotels used by aircrew, delegates and travellers on overnight connections. Our chauffeurs collect guests there for morning meetings, dinners in Port Credit or the City Centre, and the drive west to Hamilton or Niagara the next day. Tell us the hotel name and which door you will use; most have a covered entrance where a sedan can wait for a few minutes. If you arrive late and fly again early, a one-way sedan to the hotel and a separate booking back to your terminal usually beats keeping a car overnight. For a visitor's whole stay, a series of hourly blocks on consecutive days keeps the same chauffeur where possible.
Winter and highway timing in Mississauga
Mississauga is laced with some of the busiest highways in Canada: the 401, 403, 410, 427, QEW and the tolled 407. Snow squalls, a collision on the 401 or a closed ramp can add half an hour in minutes. Dispatch checks Ontario 511 before early departures and chooses between the 403, the QEW and the 407; any toll is already inside your fixed fare, and a detour never changes it. For early winter flights we build in extra time.
Which vehicle for a Mississauga booking
- Business sedan (3 passengers, 3 bags): hourly meeting days and airport runs. See the business sedan.
- Business SUV (5 passengers, 5 bags): a black Tahoe or Yukon at close to sedan money, with winter traction; Square One to Pearson $135–190 or $145–175 an hour.
- First-class sedan (3/3): senior executives and client hosting. See the first-class sedan.
- Executive SUV (6/6): teams with luggage, families.
- Luxury van (6/6): car seats, older relatives, easy entry.
- Sprinter (14/14): delegations, trade-show teams, wedding parties.
Child seats (infant, convertible or booster) can be added at booking for a planning $10–15 each. We have no ramp-equipped wheelchair vehicles; chauffeurs fold and stow wheelchairs and walkers for passengers who can transfer.
Book Mississauga transport direct
