The Hamilton limo fare calculator gives a planning range for a private car between downtown Hamilton and 22 destinations - Pearson, Billy Bishop, Union Station, Niagara, Buffalo and the cities around Hamilton - by vehicle, one way or return, with distance and drive time. Figures are all-in (chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, tolls where used, airport fees, gratuity) plus HST. The reservation engine turns it into an exact fixed fare.
How the calculator works
Each destination has a planning band for a business sedan, drawn from the same table as our rates page. The vehicle multiplier adjusts for a business SUV, a first-class sedan (S-Class / 7 Series), an executive SUV, a luxury minivan or a fourteen-seat Sprinter. A return doubles the one-way figure. If you need the car for several stops or a whole day, an hourly chauffeur is usually better value - see hourly vs point-to-point. Stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce and party buses are planned by a coordinator - see stretch limousine and party bus rental.
Why a fixed fare instead of a meter
A metered taxi or a rideshare app prices the journey after it happens: a crash on the QEW at the Burlington Skyway, a closure on the 403 or a surge after a delayed flight all land on the passenger. A fixed fare prices it before you travel. The GO bus from Hamilton to Pearson is cheaper still for a light traveller - we compare them honestly in Hamilton to Pearson: GO bus vs limo, and GO publishes its own schedules on GO Transit.
What is always included
Flight and train tracking, 30 minutes of waiting from landing on Canadian and US flights and 60 minutes on other international flights, 15 minutes on other pickups, luggage handling, bottled water and the gratuity. Waiting beyond that is charged in 15-minute blocks.
