Limo service in Vaughan, from VMC to Kleinburg
Vaughan is a city of distinct communities, Woodbridge, Maple, Concord, Kleinburg, Thornhill's western half and the new downtown at the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, stitched together by some of the busiest highways in the country. Limo service in Vaughan has to deal with that geography. A pickup in a Kleinburg estate and one at a VMC condo tower may be only fifteen kilometres apart, but the approach roads, the timing and even the right vehicle can differ.
HamiltonLimo.net books every Vaughan trip through its own reservation engine. Enter the address, choose the vehicle, and see a fixed all-in fare that includes the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 tolls if used, airport fees and gratuity, with HST shown separately. You book your Vaughan car direct: one dispatch desk, no app, no marketplace commission and no surge pricing.
Vaughan communities and pickup landmarks
Chauffeurs use these reference points when confirming a pickup:
- Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC), around Highway 7 and Jane Street, where the Line 1 subway terminates at Vaughan Metropolitan Centre station and new office and condo towers have gone up.
- Vaughan Mills, the large shopping centre by Highway 400 and Rutherford Road, a common meeting point.
- Canada's Wonderland, the amusement park on Major Mackenzie Drive near Highway 400.
- Woodbridge, with its banquet halls, the Market Lane area and Islington Avenue's older village core.
- Maple, around Major Mackenzie and Keele, with Maple GO and the Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital nearby.
- Kleinburg, the village on Islington Avenue home to the McMichael Canadian Art Collection.
- Concord industrial and business parks along Highway 7 and Keele Street.
For condo pickups, tell us the tower's entrance street and whether there is a drop-off loop; several VMC buildings share a block.
Vaughan fares to Pearson, Toronto, Hamilton and Niagara
These are planning figures for a business sedan, one way, all-in plus HST, from the VMC and Highway 7 area. Vaughan to Hamilton is our published band; the other rows are derived from it. Kleinburg and north Maple run a little higher; the reservation engine quotes your exact address.
| Vaughan (VMC area) to | Distance | Typical drive | Sedan, all-in + HST |
|---|---|---|---|
| Toronto Pearson (YYZ) | about 25 km | 20–35 min | $120–150 |
| Union Station, Toronto | about 35 km | 35–60 min | $150–190 |
| Billy Bishop (YTZ) | about 37 km | 40–65 min | $155–195 |
| Downtown Hamilton | about 85 km | 60–75 min | $245–300 |
| Hamilton airport (YHM) | about 90 km | 65–80 min | $265–320 |
| Niagara Falls | about 140 km | 95–120 min | $440–540 |
| Buffalo airport (BUF) | about 175 km | 115–145 min | $550–665 |
A first-class sedan is about 2.5 times the business-sedan figure, an executive SUV adds about 65 per cent, a luxury van about 50 per cent, and a Sprinter is about 2.75 times. The Hamilton limo prices guide explains the bands.
Vaughan to Toronto Pearson
Pearson is about 25 km from the VMC. Chauffeurs take Highway 7 or the 407 west to Highway 427 south, or Highway 400 to the 401 and across, depending on the hour. The 427 extension north through Vaughan has made the western communities, Woodbridge and Kleinburg, noticeably quicker to the airport. Expect 20 minutes at night and 35 in the weekday peak.
For departures, confirm Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 on your booking; torontopearson.com lists airline terminals. For arrivals, the chauffeur tracks your flight and waits at the commercial pickup curb, with 30 minutes of included waiting on Canadian and US flights and 60 minutes on other international flights, from actual landing. Meet and greet inside arrivals with a name board is an optional add-on, planning $25–35. Our Toronto Pearson limo page has terminal details.
Union Station, downtown Toronto and Billy Bishop
The subway runs from VMC to Union, and for a single commuter it is a good option; see the TTC for service information. For a group, luggage, an early train or a meeting that ends at a different address, a car is simpler. The drive is Highway 400 to the 401 and the Don Valley Parkway, or the 427 and Gardiner, about 35 to 60 minutes.
We drop at Union Station Toronto for VIA Rail and GO, with train tracking on pickups, or directly at your office. For Porter and Air Canada flights from Billy Bishop, cars stop at the mainland pavilion on Eireann Quay, and passengers take the pedestrian tunnel or the short ferry. Plan to reach the pavilion an hour before departure.
Hourly chauffeur service in Vaughan
The hourly chauffeur service is how many Vaughan business clients use us. One car and one chauffeur stay with you for a three-hour minimum or a full day, extended in 30-minute blocks.
Planning hourly rates, all-in plus HST: business sedan $120–145, first-class sedan $285–350, executive SUV $190–235, Sprinter $330–385. A four-hour sedan booking comes to $480–580. Vaughan examples:
- A developer or investor touring sites in the VMC, Concord and along Highway 7, then lunch.
- A visiting executive with meetings in Vaughan, Markham and downtown Toronto in one day.
- Family days: Vaughan Mills in the morning, the McMichael in the afternoon, dinner in Woodbridge.
- Hospital appointments at Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital with the car waiting.
Our corporate car service page covers accounts and regular bookings.

Canada's Wonderland, Vaughan Mills and the McMichael
Canada's Wonderland draws groups all summer and into its autumn events. Traffic on Major Mackenzie and the Highway 400 ramps builds before opening and at closing, so our chauffeurs agree a pickup point in the drop-off area with you beforehand. Hours and events are on the Canada's Wonderland site. For a birthday or a youth group, a Sprinter by the hour keeps everyone together.
Vaughan Mills is a common meeting point and a shopping stop for visiting relatives; big-box stores and a large parking area make it easy for a chauffeur to wait.
The McMichael Canadian Art Collection in Kleinburg holds works by Tom Thomson, the Group of Seven and Indigenous artists on wooded grounds above the Humber valley. Kleinburg's village has restaurants that make a good afternoon of it. The nearby Kortright Centre, run by TRCA, is another outdoor stop.
Weddings and banquet halls in Vaughan
Woodbridge and Concord have a long tradition of large banquet-hall weddings, with Saturday receptions that run late and families of three generations to move. A typical booking: a first-class sedan or SUV for the couple, one or two Sprinters for the wedding party and family, and late-evening one-way cars to take elders home to Woodbridge, Maple or across the city.
Stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce models and party buses come from vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network and are priced in writing by a coordinator, as are convoys of more than two vehicles. Tell us the church or ceremony address, the photo locations and the banquet hall, and dispatch builds the timeline backwards. See the wedding limo page for deposits and planning.
Day trips from Vaughan to Hamilton and Niagara
Vaughan families and visitors use full-day hourly bookings for trips south-west:
- Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake: about 140 km each way; a sedan by the hour for eight to nine hours covers the Falls, the Niagara Parkway and a winery lunch. Our Niagara wine tours page has itineraries.
- Hamilton: waterfalls, Dundurn National Historic Site, the Royal Botanical Gardens and the African Lion Safari. Our city and waterfall tours are designed for this.
- Hamilton airport (YHM): about 90 km; some Vaughan travellers choose it for particular leisure routes. Check flyhamilton.ca.
The route south is usually the 407 to the QEW or the 403. The 407 is tolled; the toll is inside the fixed fare.
Roads and traffic in Vaughan
- Highway 400 runs north-south through the middle of the city and carries heavy cottage traffic on summer Fridays and Sundays.
- Highway 407 ETR crosses east-west just south of the VMC; it is often the fastest route to Pearson or Markham.
- Highway 427 now continues north through Woodbridge, giving western Vaughan a direct line to the airport.
- Highway 7 is the main surface corridor, with dedicated transit lanes through the VMC.
- Major Mackenzie Drive carries hospital, Wonderland and Vaughan Mills traffic, and is slow on summer weekends.
Chauffeurs check Ontario 511 before every airport run and leave earlier after snow, at no extra cost.
Hospitals and appointments in Vaughan
Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital on Major Mackenzie Drive West, run by Mackenzie Health, opened fully in 2021. Families also travel to Toronto hospitals for specialist care. An hourly booking lets the chauffeur help with bags and a walker and wait between appointments; see our medical appointments page. Our fleet does not include ramp-equipped wheelchair-accessible vehicles; passengers who can transfer are welcome, and chauffeurs fold and stow wheelchairs and walkers.
Hotels in Vaughan we serve
Vaughan's hotels are clustered around Highway 7, Highway 400 and Vaughan Mills. Open hotels we collect guests from include the Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Vaughan on Highway 7 near the VMC and the Novotel Toronto Vaughan Centre on Bass Pro Mills Drive by Vaughan Mills. Guests going to Pearson, Union Station or Niagara are picked up at the main lobby door. We have no partnership with any hotel; concierges and planners book guests direct on the reservation engine. For Toronto-side hotels, see downtown Toronto hotels.

GO and subway stations as Vaughan meeting points
Vaughan's rail stations make handy pickup points for visitors. Rutherford GO and Maple GO sit on the Barrie line, and the subway terminates at Vaughan Metropolitan Centre station with a large bus terminal beside it. A guest arriving from downtown on the train can be met at the station curb and taken on to a Woodbridge home, a Kleinburg restaurant or a Concord office. Station pickups include train tracking and 15 minutes of waiting, then 15-minute blocks. Timetables are on GO Transit.
