HamiltonLimo.net runs Georgetown limo service across Halton Hills with business sedans, first-class sedans, executive SUVs, vans and Sprinters. Planning figures from Georgetown: Toronto Pearson $140–175 (about 30 minutes), downtown Hamilton $175–215, Union Station $205–255, all-in plus HST. Hourly sedans are $120–145 an hour with a three-hour minimum. Book direct at /book/.
Georgetown limo service, half an hour from Pearson
Georgetown is the larger town in Halton Hills and the one closest to the airport: from most of Georgetown, Toronto Pearson is about 30 km and roughly half an hour away outside rush hour. That makes a Georgetown limo service mostly an airport business, with a steady line of corporate travellers, families heading south in winter and relatives flying in for weddings. It also means timing is tighter than people expect, because the few kilometres of Mississauga and Brampton traffic between you and the terminal decide the day.
HamiltonLimo.net books every trip through its own reservation engine. Enter your Georgetown or Glen Williams address, choose a vehicle and the engine shows a fixed all-in fare, which includes chauffeur, fuel, 407 tolls if used, airport fees and gratuity, with HST shown separately. You book your Georgetown car direct with no app and no aggregator between you and our dispatch desk.
Georgetown neighbourhoods and pickup points
Chauffeurs confirm pickups using local reference points:
- Downtown Georgetown on Main Street, with its brick storefronts, restaurants and the library and cultural centre area.
- Georgetown GO Station, on GO Transit's Kitchener line, with a pickup loop that fills at commuter peaks.
- Georgetown Market Place, the shopping centre on Guelph Street (Highway 7), useful as a meeting point.
- Glen Williams, the hamlet on the Credit River north of town, with galleries, a café scene and narrow village roads.
- Georgetown South and the Trafalgar Road and Mountainview Road corridors, where most newer subdivisions sit.
- Limehouse, Terra Cotta and Silver Creek, rural pockets on the escarpment edge where long lanes and winding roads need a clear note.
If your street is new and not yet on every map, add the nearest main intersection in the booking notes.

Georgetown fares to Pearson, Hamilton, Toronto and Niagara
Planning figures below are for a business sedan, one way, all-in plus HST. Georgetown to Hamilton is our published band; the other rows are derived from the same scale. The reservation engine quotes your exact address, date and vehicle.
| Georgetown to | Distance | Typical drive | Sedan, all-in + HST |
|---|---|---|---|
| Toronto Pearson (YYZ) | about 30 km | 25–40 min | $140–175 |
| Downtown Hamilton | about 60 km | 45–55 min | $175–215 |
| Hamilton airport (YHM) | about 65 km | 50–60 min | $190–230 |
| Union Station, Toronto | about 55 km | 50–75 min | $205–255 |
| Billy Bishop (YTZ) | about 57 km | 55–80 min | $215–265 |
| Niagara Falls | about 120 km | 80–100 min | $390–475 |
| Brampton (downtown) | about 20 km | 20–30 min | $95–120 |
A first-class sedan is about 2.5 times the business-sedan figure, an executive SUV adds about 65 per cent, a luxury van about 50 per cent, and a Sprinter is about 2.75 times. Our Hamilton limo prices guide explains how the bands work and what is included.
The Georgetown to Pearson drive, hour by hour
There are two main ways to the airport. Our chauffeurs choose based on the clock and on Ontario 511:
- Trafalgar Road or Winston Churchill Boulevard south to Highway 401 or 407, then east to Highway 427 and the airport ramps. At 5 a.m. this takes 25 minutes; at 8 a.m. it can take 45.
- Mayfield Road or Steeles Avenue east through Brampton to Airport Road or Highway 410. Useful when the 401 has a collision.
The 407 ETR is tolled, and when a chauffeur uses it the toll is already in your fixed fare. For a 7 a.m. international flight, dispatch will usually suggest leaving Georgetown about 4:30. For an arrival, the chauffeur tracks your flight and waits at the commercial pickup curb: 30 minutes of included waiting on Canadian and US flights, 60 minutes on other international flights, from actual landing. Meet and greet inside arrivals with a name board is optional, planning $25–35. See the Toronto Pearson airport limo page for terminal details, and check your ticket for Terminal 1 or 3 on torontopearson.com.
Why Halton Hills families use a car instead of the GO
Georgetown GO has regular Kitchener line service towards Union Station, and from Union the UP Express runs to Pearson Terminal 1. It is a sensible route for a solo traveller with a carry-on at midday. It is harder for a family: two connections, luggage on platforms, and early-morning or late-night gaps in service. Check the current timetable on GO Transit and the UP Express before relying on it.
A door-to-door car at a fixed fare removes the connections. For three or four travellers with suitcases, the comparison is often closer than it looks once every ticket and the ride to the Georgetown station are counted.
Georgetown to Hamilton and YHM
Georgetown clients go to Hamilton for McMaster University, the Hamilton Health Sciences hospitals, Tiger-Cats games at Hamilton Stadium (the former Tim Hortons Field), concerts at TD Coliseum and, increasingly, flights from Hamilton airport. The route is usually Trafalgar Road to the 401, west to the 403 at Highway 6 or along the 407 to the 403, then into the city. Allow 45 to 55 minutes.
YHM in Mount Hope is about 65 km away. It is smaller and quicker to get through than Pearson, and for some leisure routes it is the easier choice. Check flyhamilton.ca for current airlines, and our Hamilton airport YHM limo page for the pickup curb.
Union Station and Billy Bishop from Georgetown
For VIA Rail departures or a meeting downtown, the chauffeur drops at Union Station Toronto or directly at your office tower. Afternoon traffic on the Gardiner and the Don Valley can push the trip past 70 minutes, so allow the full range.
For Porter and Air Canada flights from Billy Bishop, cars stop at the mainland pavilion on Eireann Quay; passengers walk the tunnel or take the short ferry. Plan to be at the pavilion an hour before departure.
Hourly chauffeur service in Georgetown
For anything beyond a single run, the hourly chauffeur service is usually better value. One car and one chauffeur stay with you for a three-hour minimum or a full day, extended in 30-minute blocks.
Planning hourly rates, all-in plus HST: business sedan $120–145, first-class sedan $285–350, executive SUV $190–235, Sprinter $330–385. A four-hour sedan booking lands at $480–580. Georgetown examples:
- A sales day visiting clients in Milton, Mississauga and Brampton, with the car parked outside each office.
- A visiting executive touring industrial sites along the 401 corridor and ending with dinner in Toronto.
- A day of hospital appointments for a parent, with the chauffeur helping with a walker and waiting between visits.
- A Saturday in Toronto: lunch, a show and dinner, with no parking to find.
For regular corporate use, see our corporate car service page.
Weddings in Georgetown, Glen Williams and the escarpment
Halton Hills is popular for weddings because it combines small-town streets, the Credit River valley and escarpment scenery within half an hour of Pearson, which matters when relatives fly in. Photo stops our chauffeurs are asked for include downtown Georgetown, the Glen Williams village and river, and the conservation lands at Terra Cotta managed by Credit Valley Conservation. Some parks require photography permits; check with the conservation authority first.
The usual plan is a first-class sedan or executive SUV for the couple and a Sprinter for the wedding party, with a Pearson shuttle for out-of-town guests on the Friday and Sunday. Stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce models and party buses come from vetted partners in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network and are priced in writing by a coordinator. Our wedding limo page covers timelines and deposits.

Proms and graduations in Halton Hills
Georgetown's high schools hold proms from late May through June, often at banquet halls in Brampton, Mississauga or Milton. Bookings are made by a parent or guardian, no alcohol is permitted, and the chauffeur has a named adult contact for the evening. Six students fit an executive SUV or luxury van; larger groups need a Sprinter or a partner stretch limousine. See prom limo for how schedules and after-party drop-offs are handled.
Seasons in Halton Hills and what they change
- Winter: squalls hit the escarpment edge harder than the lakeshore. Early airport pickups after snowfall are dispatched 15 to 20 minutes earlier at no extra charge.
- Spring: construction season on Highway 7 and Trafalgar Road; chauffeurs check closures the evening before.
- Summer: wedding season and weekend cottage traffic north on the 410 and Highway 10; south-bound Pearson runs are usually unaffected.
- Autumn: Glen Williams and the Credit valley draw colour-tour traffic on weekends, and harvest-season Niagara wine tours are popular with Georgetown groups.

Hotels in and near Georgetown
Georgetown has a limited number of hotel and motel rooms, so wedding guests and business visitors often stay in Milton, Brampton or near Pearson and are driven in. We pick up from any hotel lobby or porte-cochère and bring guests to Georgetown, or keep a car and chauffeur with them for the day. Our Pearson airport hotels page describes the airport-strip lobbies we serve, and planners can book guests direct on the reservation engine at the same fixed fares.
Corporate travel from the Halton Hills business parks
Georgetown and the 401 corridor at Steeles Avenue and Winston Churchill Boulevard hold warehouses, manufacturers and distribution centres whose visitors fly in through Pearson. Plant managers book a sedan to collect an auditor or supplier at the terminal, keep the car for the site visit, and send the guest back for an evening flight. That is a textbook hourly day: pickup at arrivals, two or three stops, a lunch, and the return run, all on one booking with one chauffeur.
Choosing a vehicle in Georgetown
- Business sedan (3 passengers, 3 bags): Pearson runs and meetings. Business sedan.
- Business SUV (5 passengers, 5 bags): a black Tahoe or Yukon at close to sedan money, with winter traction; a planning $185–230 to Pearson or $145–175 an hour, all-in plus HST.
- First-class sedan (3/3): executives and special occasions. First-class sedan.
- Executive SUV (6/6): families with luggage and winter lanes.
- Luxury van (6/6): low step-in height, room for child seats.
- Sprinter (14/14): wedding parties, teams and corporate groups; see our Sprinter group transportation page.
- Jet Sprinter (7/5): a VIP lounge conversion for a small leadership team that wants to meet on the move; planning $650–750 an hour.
Child seats are added at booking for a planning $10–15 each. Our own fleet does not include ramp-equipped wheelchair-accessible vehicles; passengers who can transfer are welcome and chauffeurs stow folding wheelchairs and walkers.
Booking direct from Georgetown
Booking on HamiltonLimo.net keeps the whole trip with one dispatch desk and avoids marketplace commissions. The engine shows the all-in fare, HST separate, before you confirm; you then receive your chauffeur's name and vehicle details before pickup.
Cancellation is measured from scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours ahead costs nothing, 72 hours or less 10 per cent, 48 hours or less 50 per cent, 24 hours or less or a no-show the full fare. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes of waiting, then 15-minute blocks.
