A bachelorette or bachelor party limo in Hamilton is booked by the hour: our own Sprinter seats 14 at $330–385 per hour (3-hour minimum), a partner stretch limousine seats 8–10 at $350–450 per hour (4-hour minimum), and a partner party bus seats 16–36 at $650–750 per hour (4–5 hours). Planning figures are all-in plus HST; groups book direct with HamiltonLimo.net.
Bachelorette and bachelor party limo Hamilton: the group stays together
The hardest part of a stag or stagette is not the plan, it is moving 12 people between four places without losing three of them. A booked vehicle solves that. Everyone is collected from one or two addresses, the group moves as one between dinner, bars and the next stop, and the chauffeur is outside when it is time to go. Nobody drives, nobody waits for surge-priced rides at 2 a.m., and the maid of honour or best man knows exactly what the night costs before it starts.
Everything here runs on our hourly chauffeur service model: one vehicle and one professional chauffeur for a block of time, going wherever the group goes within that time.
Choosing the vehicle for your group
Match the vehicle to the headcount first and the atmosphere second:
- Business SUV (up to 5): a black Tahoe or Yukon at close to sedan money, $145–175 an hour, for a small crew heading to dinner and a bar or two.
- Executive SUV (up to 6): an Escalade ESV, Navigator L or Yukon Denali XL for a small group that wants more room. Discreet, comfortable, 3-hour minimum.
- Sprinter (up to 14): our own high-roof van with forward-facing seats and room for bags. The practical choice for a wine day or a Niagara run. See Sprinter group transportation.
- Jet Sprinter (up to 7): a VIP lounge Sprinter with captain's chairs and room to face each other, for a smaller party that wants the ride to feel like a private lounge; $650–750 an hour.
- Stretch limousine (8–10, partner): the classic arrival, with lighting and facing seats. Best for a shorter night in town.
- Party bus (16–36, partner): a lounge on wheels with perimeter seating, lights and a sound system. Best for big groups who want the ride to be part of the party. See party bus rental in Hamilton.
Stretch limousines and party buses come from vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network; HamiltonLimo.net takes the booking and stays your single contact. Party buses and multi-vehicle plans are priced in writing by a coordinator.
Party packages and planning prices
All figures are planning ranges, all-in (chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 tolls if used, gratuity) with HST shown separately. The reservation engine or coordinator confirms the exact price for your date and route.

|---|---|---|
| Hamilton night out, 4 hours | Executive SUV, up to 6 | $760–940 |
| Hamilton night out, 5 hours | Sprinter, up to 14 | $1,650–1,925 |
| Stretch limo night, 4 hours | Stretch limousine (partner), 8–10 | $1,400–1,800 |
| Niagara wine day, 8 hours (70 km, 50–60 min each way) | Sprinter, up to 14 | $2,640–3,080 |
| Niagara Falls night, 6 hours | Party bus (partner), 16–36 | $3,900–4,500 |
| Toronto night, 7 hours (68 km, 50–75 min each way) | Sprinter, up to 14 | $2,310–2,695 |
Split across the group the numbers look different: a five-hour Sprinter night for 12 is roughly $138–160 per person before HST. Extra time is added in 30-minute blocks. Compare classes on Hamilton limo rates.
A Hamilton stag or stagette night
Hamilton has more than enough for a full night without leaving the city. A typical five-hour Sprinter booking:
- 7:00 p.m. Pickup at the host's home on the Mountain, second pickup in Westdale.
- 7:30 p.m. Dinner on James Street North or Locke Street, with the Sprinter parked nearby.
- 9:30 p.m. A short hop to Hess Village or the downtown bar strip for drinks.
- 11:15 p.m. Optional stop at the escarpment brow for group photos with the city lights below.
- Midnight. Drop-offs at two or three homes in the order the group agrees at booking.
A Ticats home game at Hamilton Stadium (the former Tim Hortons Field) is a natural stag plan in season: tailgate, game, dinner, bars. See Tiger-Cats game day limos for how we handle stadium drop-offs and traffic.

Niagara: wine country by day, the Falls by night
Niagara is the most popular stagette destination we drive. Two common shapes:
- Wine day: eight hours in a Sprinter, leaving Hamilton around 11 a.m. for three or four wineries between Beamsville, Jordan and Niagara-on-the-Lake, lunch at a winery restaurant and home by 7 p.m. Many wineries take group tasting reservations only in advance, so book tastings as soon as the date is fixed. Our Niagara wine tours from Hamilton page covers routes and harvest weekends.
- Falls night: six hours in a Sprinter or party bus, dinner near the Falls, the illumination, Clifton Hill and a casino. Niagara Falls is 70 km and 50–60 minutes from downtown Hamilton on the QEW. Niagara Falls Tourism lists what is open by season, and Fallsview Casino posts its own entry rules, including the 19-plus age limit.
Doing both in one day is possible as a 10-hour booking, but it is a long day on the QEW; most groups pick one.
Toronto nights out from Hamilton
For groups who want Toronto's clubs, restaurants or a concert, the car makes the 68 km each way painless. Downtown Toronto is 50–75 minutes from Hamilton, with Friday evenings on the QEW and Gardiner at the slow end. Book seven hours or more so the chauffeur waits in the city rather than driving back and forth; a return-only pickup later in the night can be booked separately but costs more overall. See Hamilton to downtown Toronto for route timing.
Daytime activities before the night
Many groups start in the afternoon. Plans we drive regularly:
- Brewery and distillery tours in Hamilton, Burlington and Niagara; see our brewery and distillery tours page.
- Golf at a course in Ancaster, Flamborough or Niagara, with clubs in the Sprinter's luggage space.
- Axe throwing, escape rooms or a cooking class downtown, followed by dinner.
- A spa afternoon for a stagette, then dinner and drinks.
Adding an afternoon activity usually means booking seven or eight hours instead of five, which still keeps the group together and spares someone a designated driver's lost night, even if a string of rideshares might cost a little less per head.
Rules for bachelor and bachelorette groups
We want the night to go well, so the rules are stated plainly at booking:
- Age: alcohol is for guests aged 19 and over only, the legal drinking age in Ontario.
- Where alcohol is allowed: only where Ontario law permits for that vehicle. Provincial liquor rules are administered by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. In our sedans, SUVs and Sprinters, plan drinks at the venues; in partner party buses and limousines, the partner confirms what is permitted.
- Nothing open leaves the vehicle, and nothing is carried into a venue.
- Seated and belted while moving, on every vehicle type.
- No smoking or vaping, no illegal substances, no glass on vehicles where the partner does not allow it.
- Props: sashes, veils and inflatables are fine; confetti, glitter and silly string are not.
The chauffeur may end the booking without refund if safety rules are ignored, and a cleaning charge applies if the cabin needs professional cleaning.
How the chauffeur manages a party night
A stag or stagette chauffeur has done this many times. They confirm the pickup list at the first stop, keep the itinerary on hand, park as close to each venue as the law and the bylaw officers allow, and text the organiser 15 minutes before the next move. If the group wants to stay longer somewhere, the organiser tells the chauffeur and dispatch confirms the extra time in 30-minute blocks.
At the end of the night the chauffeur drops everyone at the addresses agreed at booking, in a sensible order. The chauffeur does not drink, does not leave the vehicle unattended with guests' belongings inside, and keeps a spare bottle of water or two in the car.
Pickups, drop-offs and hotels
Group nights often begin with guests scattered across Hamilton, Burlington and the Mountain. Keep pickups to two or three addresses; each extra stop adds 10–20 minutes. If the group is staying in a downtown hotel, the lobby entrance is the simplest meeting point.
For out-of-town guests flying in for a weekend, book their airport runs separately from the party booking: Hamilton airport YHM or Pearson arrivals include flight tracking and curbside pickup at the commercial pickup area, and meet and greet inside arrivals is an optional add-on at $25–35.

When to book
Stag and stagette season follows wedding season, so May to October Saturdays fill first, especially for partner party buses and stretch limousines. Book one to three months ahead for a summer Saturday; for a Sprinter on a weekday or a winter weekend, a couple of weeks is usually fine. Harvest weekends in Niagara in September and October are the busiest of all.
Cancellation is measured from scheduled pickup: free more than 72 hours before; 10 % at 72 hours or less; 50 % at 48 hours or less; 100 % at 24 hours or less or a no-show. Tell the group before anyone pays their share.
Splitting the cost fairly
The organiser books and pays; the group settles up among themselves. Because the fare is fixed and all-in before confirmation, the per-person share is known in advance. A common approach is to share the vehicle cost among the guests and leave the guest of honour free. Remember HST is shown separately and should be included in the split.
Winter stags and bad-weather nights
Winter bachelor parties are common around the holidays and in February. On snowy nights, chauffeurs avoid the steepest escarpment accesses, use the Linc and the Red Hill Valley Parkway, and check Ontario 511 before the QEW run to Niagara or Toronto. The fare does not change with the weather, but the timing might, so allow extra time for dinner reservations.
Booking a bachelor or bachelorette limo direct
Book directly on HamiltonLimo.net's own reservation engine: pick the vehicle, set the hours, add pickup addresses and notes, and see the fixed all-in price before you confirm. For party buses and multi-vehicle groups, a coordinator prices the night in writing and holds the vehicle once confirmed. There is no app and no aggregator commission, and one dispatch desk handles the night from the first pickup to the last drop-off. When the wedding itself comes around, our wedding limo page covers the big day.
Stag and doe nights and mixed groups
In Ontario a stag and doe (sometimes called a buck and doe or a Jack and Jill) is a combined party for both halves of the couple, often in a community hall with raffles and a DJ. Transport for these nights looks different from a bar crawl: guests arrive at one venue and leave from it at the end, so the useful service is shuttle runs rather than a roaming vehicle.
A common plan is a Sprinter doing two or three loops between a hotel or a central pickup point and the hall, plus a late run home at the end of the night. Because the Sprinter is our own vehicle, it can be booked hourly with a 3-hour minimum and simply parked at the hall between runs. For very large halls, a coordinator can add a partner coach. Share the hall address and the expected finishing time when you book, and the chauffeur will plan each loop around it.
A checklist for the organiser
Before you confirm, have these ready so the booking goes through in one pass:
- Final headcount and the age of every guest (anyone under 19 changes the alcohol rules for the whole vehicle).
- Pickup addresses in order, and the drop-off plan at the end of the night.
- Dinner and activity reservations with times, so the chauffeur's schedule matches them.
- A mobile number for the organiser and a backup organiser.
- Any guests who need help with mobility, so the right vehicle is sent.
