Corporate car and limo service in Woodstock
Woodstock is the seat of Oxford County and sits right where Highway 403 from Hamilton meets Highway 401. That junction puts it about 85 km from downtown Hamilton, about 55 km from London and a little over 130 km from Pearson. It also puts it on the route of a lot of business travel, much of it connected to manufacturing. We serve Woodstock with our own chauffeurs dispatched from Hamilton, and every trip is priced as a fixed all-in fare before you confirm on the HamiltonLimo.net reservation engine. The fare includes chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 tolls if used, airport fees and gratuity, with HST shown separately.
The Toyota plant and Oxford County business travel
Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada's Woodstock plant, opened in 2008, builds the RAV4 alongside the company's Cambridge plants; TMMC publishes information about its operations. The plant, its suppliers and the logistics and food-processing firms along the 401 bring a steady flow of engineers, auditors and executives through Woodstock, many flying in from Japan, the United States or Mexico. They typically land at Pearson, need a car for a day of meetings, and fly out again.
We do not claim any relationship with Toyota or its suppliers; we are simply a car service that knows the roads. What we offer visiting teams is the hourly chauffeur: the car meets the flight, waits outside the plant or the hotel through the day, and drives back to the airport. Our corporate car service page explains monthly billing and multiple passengers on one account, and the roadshows and site visits page covers multi-stop business days.

Woodstock to Toronto Pearson
From Woodstock there are two sensible routes to Pearson. The first is the 401 east through Cambridge and Milton, straight to the airport; the second is the 403 through Brantford and Hamilton, then the QEW or the tolled 407. The chauffeur picks one based on the hour and the traffic: the 401 through Milton is heavy in the morning, and collisions on the Cambridge stretch are common in winter. About 130 km and 80 to 100 minutes. For an 8 a.m. international flight, dispatch generally suggests a 4:30 pickup. Confirm whether your airline uses Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 before you book. See the Hamilton to Pearson limo page and torontopearson.com.
On arrival the chauffeur tracks the flight and waits at the commercial pickup curb: 30 minutes included for Canadian and US flights and 60 minutes for other international arrivals, from actual landing. A name-board meet and greet inside the arrivals hall, which visiting teams often want, is optional at a planning $25–35.
London airport: the closest from Woodstock
London International Airport (YXU) is the nearest airport, about 55 km west on the 401, usually 35 to 45 minutes. It suits connections through larger hubs and some sun flights; check flyyxu.ca for current routes. Our London airport transfer page covers the terminal curb, and the Hamilton to London, Ontario route page covers the corridor through Woodstock.
Hamilton and Waterloo airports
Hamilton's John C. Munro airport is about 80 km away via the 403, roughly an hour. Waterloo Region International Airport (YKF) is about 55 km north-east. Both are smaller and quicker to get through than Pearson; check each airport's own site for current routes. See the Hamilton airport limo page.

Hourly chauffeur days in Oxford County
The hourly chauffeur is our lead product. In Oxford County the hourly planning rates match Hamilton's: $120–145 for a business sedan, $285–350 first-class, $190–235 for an executive SUV and $330–385 for a Sprinter, all-in plus HST, three hours minimum, then 30-minute blocks. So a four-hour sedan day is a planning $480–580 all-in plus HST. The engine quotes the exact start address.
Woodstock examples: a visiting audit team collected from Pearson, driven to a supplier in Woodstock and another in Ingersoll, then to a hotel; a day of meetings in Woodstock, Tillsonburg and London with the car waiting between them; a family attending a funeral and reception in town; an anniversary dinner in Stratford, about 45 minutes north. The hourly chauffeur service in Hamilton page explains how the clock runs, and the private chauffeur page covers longer standing bookings.
Roads between Woodstock and Hamilton
- Highway 403: Woodstock to Brantford, Ancaster and Hamilton, then on to Burlington and the QEW.
- Highway 401: east to Cambridge, Milton and Pearson; west to Ingersoll and London.
- Highway 59 and Highway 2: local routes south to Tillsonburg and west to Ingersoll.
The 401/403 junction east of the city is the key decision point for every trip east. Snow squalls blowing in from Lake Huron and Lake Erie can make the 401 between London and Woodstock slow in winter; dispatchers check Ontario 511 and add time. If a closure forces a longer route, your fixed fare does not change.
City landmarks our chauffeurs use
Woodstock calls itself the Dairy Capital of Canada, a reminder that the county around it is still farm country. Chauffeurs confirm pickups using reference points such as the downtown on Dundas Street, the Oxford County administration buildings, Woodstock Hospital, Southside Park and its pond, Pittock Conservation Area on the north side, the VIA station, and the business parks along the 401. The City of Woodstock and Oxford County post local notices.
Rail connections
Woodstock has a VIA Rail station on the Toronto–London corridor. Some travellers take the train one way and a car the other, or use us to reach the station from farms and villages without service; station pickups include train tracking with 15 minutes of waiting from arrival. Check VIA Rail for current schedules. For Toronto trains, our Union Station page explains the Front Street drop-off.

Hotels and guest pickups
Visiting teams most often stay near the 401 interchanges: the Best Western Plus Woodstock Inn & Suites on Athlone Avenue, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites on Norwich Avenue and the Quality Hotel & Suites on Bruin Boulevard. Cars wait at the main entrance of each. Some prefer to stay in London, Kitchener-Waterloo or Hamilton; our Kitchener-Waterloo hotels and downtown Hamilton hotels pages explain where cars stop. Travel managers and hotel front desks can book direct for guests.
Weddings and occasions in Woodstock
Woodstock weddings, anniversaries and graduations use the same hourly approach: a first-class sedan or SUV for the couple, a Sprinter for the party, three hours minimum. Stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce cars and party buses are not in our own fleet; they are supplied by vetted LimousineWorldwide.Directory partners, with the price set out in writing by a coordinator. See wedding limo.
Nearby towns on the same desk
Woodstock shares dispatch with Ingersoll, Tillsonburg, Norwich and Tavistock, and with Paris, Brantford, Cambridge and Kitchener-Waterloo to the east.
A visiting team's two days, as dispatch plans them
Here is how a typical inbound business visit runs when a travel manager books it with us. Day one: three engineers land at Pearson Terminal 1 in the early afternoon. The chauffeur tracks the flight, waits at the commercial curb with an executive SUV (six seats, six bags, room for sample cases), and drives the 401 west to a Woodstock hotel, about 90 minutes. Day two: an eight-hour hourly booking starting at the hotel door at 7:30, a supplier visit in Woodstock, lunch, a second site in Ingersoll, a late meeting in Cambridge, and the evening drop at Pearson for the overnight flight home.
Booked this way, one car and one chauffeur cover everything, the team never waits for a taxi outside a plant gate, and the invoice shows a single all-in figure plus HST. For groups of seven to fourteen, the same plan works in a Sprinter.
Seasonal timing in Oxford County
Winter matters most. The 401 between London and Woodstock is exposed farmland, and snow squalls off Lake Huron can drop visibility to near zero in minutes; closures follow collisions. When squalls are forecast, dispatch may move a Pearson pickup earlier or route through the 403 and Hamilton. Summer brings construction on the 401 corridor and Friday cottage traffic heading west and north. Spring and autumn are the easiest seasons for long runs, though harvest traffic on county roads slows the drive to farms near Norwich and Tavistock.
Luggage, child seats and accessibility
A business sedan carries three passengers and three cases; a business SUV, a Tahoe or Yukon, five and five at close to sedan money (a planning $490–590 to Pearson or $145–175 an hour); an executive SUV or luxury van six and six; a Sprinter fourteen and fourteen; the Jet Sprinter, a VIP lounge with captain's chairs, seven and five at a planning $650–750 an hour. Need a car seat? Infant, convertible or booster seats cost a planning $10–15 each, requested at booking. Chauffeurs help with bags and fold walkers or wheelchairs into the trunk for passengers who can transfer to a seat. Our fleet has no ramp-equipped wheelchair-accessible vehicles, and we say so before you book.
Book direct and cancellation
Book on HamiltonLimo.net rather than an app or a marketplace: there is no aggregator commission, and the desk that confirms your fare dispatches your chauffeur. The cancellation terms count back from scheduled pickup: nothing to pay beyond 72 hours, then 10 per cent, 50 per cent at 48 hours and the whole fare at 24 hours or for a no-show. At hotels, homes and offices the chauffeur waits 15 minutes at no charge, then 15-minute blocks apply.
