HamiltonLimo.net serves Simcoe, Port Dover, Delhi, Waterford and the rest of Norfolk County from its Hamilton dispatch desk. Planning figures from Simcoe: downtown Hamilton $215–265, Hamilton airport (YHM) $190–230, Toronto Pearson $415–500, Buffalo airport $490–590, all-in plus HST. Hourly chauffeurs start at $120–145 an hour for a sedan, three-hour minimum. Book direct at /book/.
Car service for Simcoe, Port Dover and all of Norfolk
Norfolk County is a long way from every major airport, and that shapes how people here use a black car service. Trips are long, departures are early and the alternative is leaving a car in a paid lot for a week. We send a business sedan, SUV, van or Sprinter with one of our own chauffeurs from Hamilton, and the fare is fixed before you confirm on the HamiltonLimo.net reservation engine. It includes chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 tolls if used, airport fees and gratuity, with HST shown separately.
Simcoe is the county seat, about 75 km south-west of downtown Hamilton. Port Dover is on the Lake Erie shore south of it, and Delhi, Waterford, Port Rowan, Turkey Point and the Long Point peninsula spread across the rest of the county. The Norfolk County site lists community services and road notices.
Hamilton airport: the closest big airport to Norfolk
Here is the dispatcher's first piece of advice for Norfolk travellers: look at YHM before Pearson. John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport in Mount Hope is about 60 km from Simcoe up Highway 6 through Jarvis and Caledonia, usually 45 to 55 minutes. Pearson is more than twice as far. Routes and airlines at Hamilton change often, so check flyhamilton.ca for what is flying this season, and see the Hamilton airport limo page for the terminal curb.
Port Dover to YHM is almost a straight line north on Highway 6, around 50 minutes. From Delhi or Port Rowan add 15 to 25 minutes.
Planning fares from Simcoe
These are planning ranges for a business sedan, one way, all-in plus HST, derived from our Hamilton bands and the Simcoe/Norfolk figure of $215–265 to Hamilton. For a firm number, the reservation engine prices your exact address, date and vehicle.
| Simcoe to | Distance | Typical drive | Sedan, all-in + HST |
|---|---|---|---|
| Downtown Hamilton | about 75 km | 55–65 min | $215–265 |
| Hamilton airport (YHM) | about 60 km | 45–55 min | $190–230 |
| Toronto Pearson (YYZ) | about 140 km | 100–120 min | $415–500 |
| Union Station, Toronto | about 140 km | 105–135 min | $440–530 |
| Billy Bishop (YTZ) | about 142 km | 110–140 min | $445–540 |
| Niagara Falls | about 125 km | 90–110 min | $375–455 |
| Buffalo airport (BUF) | about 150 km | 110–140 min | $490–590 |
An executive SUV runs about 65 per cent more, a luxury van about 50 per cent more, a first-class sedan about 2.5 times the business sedan and a Sprinter about 2.75 times. The Jet Sprinter, a VIP lounge conversion for up to seven passengers and five bags, is about 4.65 times, or $650–750 an hour. A business SUV, a Tahoe or Yukon for five passengers and five bags, is about 1.3 times the sedan: a planning $540–650 to Pearson, or $145–175 an hour. Pickups in Port Dover are close to the Simcoe figures; Port Rowan and Long Point quote higher because of the extra distance west.
The long drive to Pearson, done properly
Two hours in the back of a car is a different trip from twenty minutes. For Pearson runs from Norfolk our chauffeurs take Highway 6 north to the Linc or Highway 403, then the QEW or the tolled 407 to the airport, choosing on the hour and the traffic reports. About 140 km, 100 minutes at night and up to two hours in the morning. For an 8 a.m. international departure, dispatch typically suggests a 4 a.m. pickup from Simcoe.
We recommend an executive SUV for families on a Pearson run: six seats, six bags and enough room to sleep. Terminals 1 and 3 are separate buildings, so enter the right one when you book. The Hamilton to Pearson limo route page shows timing by hour for the eastern half of the drive. On return trips the chauffeur tracks your flight and waits at the commercial curb: 30 minutes included on Canadian and US flights, 60 minutes on other international arrivals, from actual landing. A name-board meet and greet inside arrivals is optional, planning $25–35.
Buffalo airport from Norfolk County
Some Norfolk travellers compare fares from Buffalo Niagara International. The chauffeur crosses at the Peace Bridge at Fort Erie, reached along Highway 3 and the QEW, then runs about 25 km through Buffalo to the airport. Allow 110 to 140 minutes plus the border queue. Every passenger needs a valid passport, passport card, NEXUS card or enhanced licence as appropriate; check CBP before you travel. Our Buffalo airport limo page covers the terminal and the crossing the border by limo guide explains what happens at inspection.

Port Dover: the harbour, the beach and Friday the 13th
Port Dover is the county's best-known lakeside town, with a working fishing harbour, a sandy beach, a pier and a lighthouse. In summer it is a destination for dinner and a sunset walk, and an hourly sedan from Hamilton, Brantford or Burlington is a popular way to do it without anyone driving home.
Port Dover is also famous for the Friday the 13th motorcycle gathering, which fills the town with riders whenever the date comes round and is at its biggest in the warmer months. On those days roads into town are congested and parts of the core close to vehicles. If you are going in by car, book early, agree a pickup point on the edge of the closures with the chauffeur and expect slower travel. Check the county's notices for the traffic plan on each date.
Long Point, Turkey Point and the Lake Erie shore
The Long Point peninsula is a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve, a long sand spit reaching into Lake Erie with marshes, beaches and one of the most important bird migration stopovers in the province. The Long Point Biosphere Reserve explains the area, and Long Point and Turkey Point provincial parks are run by Ontario Parks. Cottagers and birders use us for arrivals from Pearson or YHM with luggage for a week, and for the return trip on a Sunday evening when the beach traffic heads north. Cottage lanes near Turkey Point and Port Rowan can be narrow; include directions in the booking.
Winery, cidery and farm-gate days
Norfolk's sandy soil and lake-moderated climate grow a wide range of produce, and wineries, cideries, breweries and farm stands are spread across the county, particularly near the Lake Erie shore. A tasting day is the classic reason to book an hourly chauffeur: nobody has to be the designated driver and the car carries the cases home. For groups, a Sprinter holds fourteen people. Wineries sometimes ask groups to reserve, so call ahead. If you want a Niagara day instead, our Niagara wine tours page lays out the Bench and Niagara-on-the-Lake options.
Hourly chauffeur service in Norfolk
The hourly rate is the same across our service area: a business sedan is a planning $120–145 an hour all-in plus HST, a first-class sedan $285–350, an executive SUV $190–235 and a Sprinter $330–385, each with a three-hour minimum and extra time in 30-minute blocks. A half-day of four hours in a sedan comes out at $480–580 all-in plus HST. The engine quotes the exact start address.
Hourly bookings from Simcoe that work well: a day of specialist appointments in Hamilton at Juravinski or Hamilton General with the car waiting between visits; a Port Dover dinner and sunset with a group of friends; a winery loop; a business visit to several farms or processors in a single day. The page on our Hamilton hourly chauffeur service explains when the clock starts and stops.
Medical trips from Norfolk to Hamilton
Many specialist services for Norfolk residents are in Hamilton, an hour away. Norfolk General Hospital in Simcoe handles a great deal locally, but cancer care, cardiac and specialist consultations often mean Juravinski on the Mountain, Hamilton General or McMaster University Medical Centre. An hourly booking keeps the car available for a long day; a one-way booking each direction suits a single appointment. Chauffeurs help with walkers and bags. We do not operate ramp-equipped wheelchair vehicles; passengers who can transfer to a seat are welcome. See medical appointment transportation.

Weddings in Norfolk County
Barn venues, orchards, Lake Erie beaches and small-town churches make Norfolk a popular wedding region, and distances between venues are longer than in the city. Plan transport by the hour. A typical order is a first-class sedan or SUV for the couple and a Sprinter for the party; stretch limousines and party buses come from partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network and are priced in writing by a coordinator. Photo stops at the Port Dover pier or a beach at golden hour need extra time on summer weekends. The Hamilton wedding limo page covers deposits and timelines.
The Norfolk County Fair and seasonal traffic
The Norfolk County Fair and Horse Show takes over the fairgrounds in Simcoe every autumn, in the week before Canadian Thanksgiving; confirm dates on norfolkcountyfair.com. Traffic around the south side of Simcoe is heavy that week. Summer weekends bring beach traffic on Highway 6 and Highway 24, and winter storms off Lake Erie can make the county's open roads slow with blowing snow. Our dispatchers check Ontario 511 and add time; the fixed fare does not change if the route does.
Roads our chauffeurs use
- Highway 6: Port Dover to Jarvis, Caledonia and Hamilton, the main line to YHM.
- Highway 3: east–west across the county through Simcoe, Delhi and Jarvis, and east towards Dunnville and Fort Erie.
- Highway 24: Simcoe north to Brantford and Highway 403.
- Highway 403: Brantford to Hamilton, Burlington and the QEW or 407 towards Pearson.
Hotels and guest pickups
In Simcoe, the Best Western Little River Inn on Queensway West is a common starting point for business travellers and wedding guests; cars wait at the front entrance. Port Dover has inns and short-term rentals near the harbour, where we pick up at the street. Many visitors to Norfolk stay in Brantford or Hamilton instead; our downtown Hamilton hotels and Brantford hotels pages explain where cars stop.
Nearby towns on the same dispatch
Norfolk pickups share a desk with Caledonia and Haldimand County, Brantford and Binbrook and Glanbrook, so a trip that starts in Port Dover and ends in Caledonia is priced the same transparent way.
Book direct and cancellation
Book on HamiltonLimo.net, not a marketplace. There is no aggregator commission, and the dispatcher who confirms the fare is the one who assigns your chauffeur. Cancelling is free until 72 hours before scheduled pickup; inside 72 hours the charge is 10 per cent, inside 48 hours 50 per cent, and inside 24 hours or for a no-show the full fare. Pickups other than airports include 15 minutes of free waiting; after that, time is billed in 15-minute blocks.
